Hi, let's begin with Robwood's questionnaire, one at the time.
We'll start with the first one, not all users are required to order a new card, as some have their existing card issued by Choice Bank.
There will be no need to re-apply through each program.
As for methods of withdrawal and payments, we are working very hard to develop and make them more diverse, and this transition will help its progress.The existing cards will not arbitrarily stop working, there can be a gap in accessing new payments, due to card shipping times, which our support center is already set to assist with.
The most important message I have for my friends (and to some who were less friendly with me), is that you will receive zero to minimal interference with your ongoing business,during, and after the transition. Let me know if anyone needs further assistance.

I cant understand much...you just state that if we have a choicebank card we do not need to recieve or change anything? Its quite confusing .. So I ve a card with the CjoiceBank mark on it, do I need to change anything?

Thanks for the followup answers Dan. Since my Payoneer card is issued from Choice Bank already, it sounds like not much will affect me.

Incidentally, don't let GFY get to you. There are indeed some good people among the crowd.

People are simply concerned when it comes to transitions as this industry is filled with example after example of transitions that were not smooth at all. In several cases, people have been told "trust us" while their money either disappeared and/or became "in motion". Thus, skepticism has become somewhat of a normal response to the hint of transitions, especially as it pertains to financialy related ones.

I still can't understand : will people with a Choice Bank issued card receive a new card or no? Can you answer this please? Also please specify how we can recognize those Choice Bank cards because I never got a payoneer card ... mine were always choice bank ones..

Please clear something up:
I have my existing payoneer card, that reads CHOICE bank.
I got an email from payoneer saying that my new card has been shipped, which I did not request as my current card is valid until 2019.
Today I got an email from payoneer announcing first choice pay, for the first time, it said that our existing cards are now first choice pay cards, and that we should order new payoneer cards. Today I was also billed $29something, not sure what for as I probably don't need both accounts.

For money coming in through the USpayment system, where we had the US bank account info etc, where does that end up, in first choice pay or payoneer? Right now I cannot even find the US bank account info tab in payoneer, and some of my friends can.

I think we needed more info from payoneer before doing this change, couple of GFYers just helped me and resolved the issue, now everything is concentrated in another site firstchoicepay.com

Has anyone been able to use the make a payment option with firstchoicepay?
Since the transition I cant make payments anymore I get "We?re making some improvements. Try again later."
this has been for the pas 12 hours now and I desperately need to make a payment.

Live chat is not available and phone I get disconnected after 15 minutes of waiting

Anyone getting the same message?

When trying to send or make a payment I get this msg> "Your session with the server has been lost. Please log in again."
But when I do that nothing happens, it takes me again to main page

I had something similar when it was still payoneer, clearing my cache and cookies solved that.

meanwhile I still can't make payments. Reached out to twitter support they told me it was maintenance that would take a few hours at most (this was 30+ hours ago)

Finally got hold of support, they told me they couldnt find any problems with my account and werent aware of any maintenance on the payment system. But they would forward it to tech department and keep me updated by email.

In my experience with email support from payoneer days this will take 2 weeks minimum if they ever respond at all.

Yes there are more people on twitter that have the same problem. if you have twitter you can contact firstchoicepay @firstchoicepay

VforVendetta - thanks for the tip, I did try to recover via forgot pass but it doesn't recognize my login (no account under that email) so I guess they haven't transferred over all of us from payoneer to fcp.

At this point I'm only worried about receiving money via bank transfer, as I have an upcoming transfer and no idea how to withdraw it.

you cannot send money from firstchoicepay to payoneer or vice versa, way to mess up bussines relation ships some of my regular designers now only have payoneer. So I can't pay them unless I put money in payoneer which is impossible with firstchoicepay. anyway my payments with firstchoice pay wont work at all , still no reponse from support, luckily im drunk
