possible - there was a german guy - he was a hairdresser, then he went to canada and made a lot of money with protituition in his own brothel but he wanted to go back to germany and wanted to mary a girl there. but as he went to canada without permis, he lost his citizenship from bavaria. so this guy did not have a homeland and went back as a refugee to united states (god thanks that was before trump).

but the stories end is, that this guys grandson is today the president of the united states

Basing policy on your personal experiences is stupid.

Visit places with a high proportion on Muslim Migrants to see the future. They won't westernise, they will form ghettos where they continue to live by Islamic rules. Thier children are prone to radicalisation, they are more likely to be alienated from the native society. There are enough videos of areas of mass migration to prove you wrong.
