California pays more in taxes than it takes in. Two hundred thousand Americans have just been evacuated from their houses for forty-eight hours, with no idea when they can return. This might take weeks.

The White House has yet to comment on this.

This has got to be a joke, right?

i really think it is a fake news. i could not see it on any of the big media yet and it sounds really that crazy that not even dump can be so stupid.

but what i wonder is, that dump-supporters do not doubt on it and take it serious.
even more they do not show any compassion for a a complete US region what might have even dump-supporters in trouble.

that is the most horrific part on that thread.

"Fucking dumb" is what passes for normal here on GFY, and it's been the norm for several years.

It's all over the local TV news here in Califoria. It's not "fake news". It was just mention durring a live presidential news conference. It's not "fake news".

including this statement as OFFICIAL statement?

Quote:

?The President has no incentive in helping the state of California. The state harbors more illegal immigrants than any other state and has multiple sanctuary cities that violate federal laws. The state very publicly supported Hillary Clinton throughout the election and the President views the state as being responsible for his loss in the popular vote, something he has had trouble with accepting. They have also recently threatened to leave the Union through their #CalExit campaign, and the President sees this as an opportunity to let them deal with the consequences of their exit. There is a sickness within the liberals in this country that they are not willing to address. Until they understand what ails them can they hope to find the cure. This is a step in the right direction in finding the #CureForWellness. ?
if that is really an OFFICIAL statement he is out because that would mean that he broke his swear what is in favour of all Americans no matter if they voted for him or not.
Not even hitler would have dared such a thing.

California is turning into a 3rd world dump

There will be a day when your tRump worship has run it's course. I imagine you will retire this nick and start hiding under a bed somewhere once we dump tRumps ass. It's going to have to be a total asswipe of tRump fucks like you just to get rid of the taint and stain of the orange fuckbubble. And, naturally, you'll never see it coming.

Mark's threads are better than re-runs of 70's shows. You know the story and plot but still tune in to watch the fumble.

The funny thing is the dam is located in a solidly Republican area that voted for Trump.

My roof is still leaking and I have a huge hole in my ceiling. The insurance company is unable to to get someone out here until Wednesday because there are so many insurance claims.

Did the roof develop the hole only when it started leaking?

Like so many things repairs on infrastructure were put off on the basis "We don't need to fix it today." Which leads to so many deaths you would think they have learned to fix it before the crisis.

For every dollar California sends the feds we get back 77 cents. States like Tennessee get about $2 for every $1 they send in, we subsidise them. Funny that so many red States rely on federal funds to survive.

That's what happens in a PC liberal world.

:thumbsup

There's no disaster yet all that happened is people have been told to evacuate an area that's in danger of being flooded if the dam breaks. The reason for this event is the State has not kept up on repairs and maintenance of the dam for too long.

I suggest those earning a better living pay more taxes to support the growing number of poor.

That's what gets me about the PC liberals who want to help everyone. They rarely want to pay more to support their tactics.

You need to pay more taxes.

Your reply about state budget proves you have no idea what Rochard was referring to. For every $1 California tax payers pay in **FEDERAL TAXES**, they get back around 0.70 to 0.80 cents worth of services.

that would make sense when all idiots are at the end on one site and the smart ones on the other.

when somebody looks after 50 years into the stupid side they will find a few million walled skeletons

FAKE NEWS

Did President Trump Refuse to Give Federal Aid to California Because of the State's Sanctuary Cities?

Either I didn't explain it properly or you don't understand. The Richer States like California have to pay more taxes to support the poorer States. Otherwise, the entire country sinks into civil war.

Clearly, California has more spending than the people are prepared to pay for. This dam should have been maintained and repaired in the past. Paid for by the taxpayers. A business would update, repair, etc. Passing the costs on to the customers. Somehow when it comes to taxes people think it works the another way.

Now the birds have come home to roost on that policy.

That's very insulting about Mexicans.
