The trouble with you is that you have this utopia idea of all cultures living together in harmony but its all bollocks, you have absolutely no idea of what is happening in Europe.
America was built as a multicultural country. not a single European one was, every one is a Caucasian country with their own customs and cultures and the vast majority of ethnic minorities came over in less than 70 years. I can still remember as a child the first time I saw a black man, now in the area I grew up, the schools are already 50% ethnic minorities, that is a massive jump and is akin to an invasion - an invasion that is not integrating and creating enclaves. The white population are worried as their culture is gradually being eroded. To give you very small example of how everyday life has changed, The British were famous for queuing, that doesn't happen now, foreigners just jumped the queues so now everyone does it as its the only way to get to the front. That's just a minor thing but put all the small things, and the larger things together and the indigenous people are starting to feel like their own country is alien.

To put it in a perspective you can actually understand, white Europeans are the equivalent to the American Indians in your country and look how that worked out.

Where we disagree is demonizing all Muslims/blacks etc. I grew up with 3 immigrant Muslim families from Iraq in our small town and they loved America, were the kindest people I knew, they were very grateful to be in America, taught me a lot, didn't wear burkas and weren't religious freaks.
