Of course, maybe Paul would prefer some of your spunk, who knows? :D

Please don't speak in the past tense Paul :( 😢

Zen- 05-19-2017 11:05 PM

You seem pretty at peace about it. I'm sure people will miss you, so maybe its worth weighing up your options. Maybe write a book or leave some sort of legacy?

Paul I appreciate the advice and knowledge you've posted over the years. What stuck out about you to me was you said things that people would hate on you for, things that were true, and some things I questioned.

The point is you made me think about a lot, even if the posts weren't directly related to me.

Can you tell us something?

- What's one thing about life you want us to know?
- What's one thing you regret, if any?
- What's the one thing you're most proud of?
- What's the best piece of affiliate advice / porn / mainstream you can give that you think people here aren't seeing?

Take care. I know you don't know me personally but it feels like I know a bit about you.

Hubris is not the way to go, Paul ...

loreen 05-20-2017 10:44 AM

I'm really sorry to hear, wish you all the best!

adultchatpay 05-20-2017 11:20 AM

As much as Paul is so annoying sometimes (i am sure 100% will agree), GFY folks still has that respect and compassion for this guy.

And this reminds everyone that health is wealth.

SilentKnight 05-20-2017 05:25 PM

I wouldn't wish bad health on anyone...no matter how much I dislike them.

So with that - here's hoping you find a way to improve and turn the situation around for the best Paul. A positive outlook is sometimes half the battle.

JayAllan 05-20-2017 05:38 PM

Sorry to hear this news Paul! :( Please take care of yourself and hopefully your doctors can do something to mitigate the problem. I am not sure how good healthcare is in Czech but I will you all the best and hope you can turn it around.

HairyChick 05-20-2017 07:28 PM

Godnoss we've had our differences in the past, when I was healthy, but I wish you the best for the future. I don't know what the medical community is like where you are, but Boston has some of the best doctors worldwide. They brought me back from the brink of death -- twice -- I'm told.

Dialysis is a possible option, as is a transplant, but your age is against you, plus you may have other health issues. Don't give up, Paul. If they can't fix you, they can extend your life comfortably. You'll get time to set up the future for your wife and kids, visit places you've wanted to see, and reflect on your life in written form. "From Photographer To Porn Producer To Husband/Father To Kidney Failure: the incredible life of a (choose one: lonely, poor, homeless, ordinary, college-educated) child who grew up to be a household name in the adult industry."

A positive mind helps a body be healthy. Take your meds, explore options, and don't give up.

Bladewire 05-20-2017 07:32 PM

This can help you Paul

Now you know what was causing the sluggishness, foggy mind and memory issues.

I don't believe "No treatment" means you can't do meds & dialysis right? What meds did they give you? When is your first dialysis? How often will you need to go in?

Not sure whether I have sluggishness, foggy mind and memory issues. Just sleep a lot.

I see the doctor once a month and the only tablet he has prescribed are ones for Gout and low Vitamin D.

If you want to share I'm curious to hear more about your kidney problem, is getting a new kidney the only solution. Do you know exactly why your kidneys are not doing well? What kind of treatment are you getting?

Have you been suggested to avoid certain foods or drinks?

I guess anything that put pressure on the kidneys will just make it worse.

Enjoy the sun...

The chemo treatment I had damaged the kidneys. I'm on a mostly veggie diet and only the occasional chicken.

You have lived!

wehateporn 05-21-2017 03:47 AM

Remember to avoid these

"ibuprofen, naproxen, and higher dose aspirin, can cause chronic kidney disease known as chronic interstitial nephritis."

I hope you get through this Paul

Oracle Porn 05-21-2017 04:21 AM

Good luck Paul.

Tasty1 05-21-2017 07:05 AM

I think you should see another doctor. I read there are injections that can help, epoëtine-alfa and darbepoëtine-alfa. My father had problems 3 years ago and kept hanging with his own doctor. Till i pushed him a lot to see a specialist. The specialist did some test and after fine-tuning the amount of medicines he is fine now. He can do everything.

get well!
