I do think you can be evil, and be a genius, at the same time. Seems to happen a lot. That doesn't make someone laudable, though. The fact that they are evil should be enough for people to understand why they shouldn't be praised.

Stalin was evil. Maybe more evil than Hitler. It is a shame that he isn't remembered on the same scale. People are simple-minded, and there can only be one "most evil" man at a time.
