Mostly a one-man operation with last i heard, single developer. Design isnt as important for these small business owners, as long as it is working, and the other parts that matter - uptime, security, new member acquisition - are running smoothly.

The truth is likely somewhere in the middle regarding what happened. A few girls have indicated to me that Woodman treats actresses VERY WELL in the beginning, but does attempt to push the limits with later shoots.

HOWEVER, this is not uncommon in the business, and sadly it's sometimes passive aggressive retaliation against a model who is suddenly uncooperative. Imagine the scenario: you are a producer with a deadline. You spent hours and lots of money booking location, male talent, and prep the day of the shoot. You plan out what type of scene and worked with the agent to make sure the requirements are ok with the talent. The female talent shows up and suddenly makes demands or rejects the scene setup. Your shoot is ruined.

And it's not legalporno-type requests. They could be normal things you expect from a professional.
Things I have encountered:
- girl does not show up at all
- you book a girl for anal, she shows up and says she won't do anal
- you book her for an outdoor scene and confirmed twice to see if this is ok. she shows up and won't do outdoor (even if it's outdoor in the backyard with completely privacy, in the summer)
- shows up drunk or stoned
- girl says she won't do any position except missionary
- she says she doesn't want any speaking parts and just wants to fuck
- says everything must be finished in half hour, because she has another booking soon(for what??? escorting????)

It happens maybe 1 out of every 5, even after reducing the chances as much as possible by doing due diligence on the models.

This is why it's good to work with an agent. The best thing to do in these situations, is to cancel the girl, and call the agency to send another.

I've never had these levels of problems with male talent, as a point of reference.

Most girls go alone and the legalporno guys do not surprise the girls. They treat them VERY well off camera.
