You can go into PHPMyAdmin using the login details i gave you and download it from there, it's not like I was hiding it or anything I just downloaded it from the cPanel details I gave you during the sale.

I didn't send any files. All i did was login to the original cPanel i gave you. There is multiple databases in there, Choose the right one.

This is ridiculous. I am not an asshole, I gave you everything you needed and now you're trying to get my domain and website for free. So what if your tech still can't figure it out because of whatever reason? That isn't my fault. I gave you all the right information.

I started this deal being nice and passing along a blog I worked hard on and dealt with a lot of great guys here. I figured you could give it more attention and help it grow and help out my past clients. And now you're basically trying to get it all for free.

SO what if your tech can't move a site right? I just lose my domain and blog? My logo I paid more for than you even bought the blog for? This doesn't seem fair for an issue that was entirely caused by your techs lack of skills. I tried to be nice and civil and everything because I am.. But you're acting like you just want this all for free. Fappybirds.com as it is right now is on your host, and you own the domain, and I'm going to get nothing? It's not cool man. And to top it all off you try to make me look like the bad guy. It's just not cool. I would of moved the site for free for you if you asked, but you had a skilled tech that was supposed to move it, All the correct databases have been there in the cPanel information I gave you. I am not even sure what to make of all this.

Hahaha. Thanks for adding some humor bud ;) I don't want any dominance or anything, I didn't even know there was a problem. I don't know if that is or isn't his style. The thing is, all I said was that he moved the wrong database. Both the databases have been there from the beginning so it's not like I was holding out on him and not giving him the right database, both of them are and were on the host I sent him to begin with. It truly is just his tech not being able to troubleshoot and fix the problem at hand. I sent the details (FTP, MySQL, cPanel, phpMyAdmin etc) to the live site FappyBirds.com so there is no way it only had 45 post, I sent him the details to the live site, so the correct database has all the right stuff that was hosted when I sold the site.

Honestly at this point it just seems like he's trying to get the domain and blog for free because of a mistake his tech made and couldn't figure how to fix himself. It's to bad that you have blown this so far out of proportion trying to make me look like a bad guy, because I would offer to help you move websites you need to move in the future. That way you could avoid such easily resolvable problems without having to release peoples personal information and pictures (The most unflattering ones he could find) lol

I'm confused. Doesn't WordPress have an export/import function?

So you know everything is fine before the DNS even propagates. Which takes like 15 minutes in real life, can't remember the last time it took 2 days for my DNS to propagate.

I guess I'm just done with responding to you, there's no making you realize that I had no bad intentions and gave you everything you needed. I don't see how you would even think I have any benefit of giving you an old database, it just doesn't make sense. I'm sure you will have a negative response to this as well, but I'm just going to let it go man. Fappy, you should, in my opinion be calling for a ban of Brian Mike. He has called you a scammer, he has attempted to harass you in various threads and has posted your personal information (all 3 of which are bannable offenses) all because he has no patience.

This deal was done what, 4 days ago? And because you don't read the board all the time and didn't reply quickly enough he is willing to drag your name through the mud?

Then the issue is that he decided to have his tech do something that you offered to do and his tech screwed it up?

He might have had higher priorities. Just because it was a high priority for you does not make it a high priority for him. He had provided the site information, hell, he gave you access to his fucking cpanel. You had everything you needed to move the site. His part was done.

Thanks guys, and Brian it's alright you were upset. I wasn't around after the sale that is true. But the sale had been completed. Our last words on Skype before I logged out were that you had moved the website and were just waiting for the DNS to propagate. Screenshots are fine, I have nothing to hide. I wasn't around the computer for several days that is true, I was at my girlfriends apartment and under the impression that the site had been moved. Just let me know if your tech still has troubles getting the correct database installed, and if you need me to, I can go in and get it all figured out for you.

This is a very wrong statement. You and your tech had access to the server. The database could have been viewed quite easily. The table is the posts table and you can see very easily what is in there.

Secondly, as Fappy pointed out earlier, you could have pointed your hosts file to the server and looked at the site anytime you wanted to. Anybody claiming to be a tech would know this and would probably do it. I know I do it all the time when putting a new domain/site up.

So. The issue here is that you did not and do not know what you are doing and you relied on someone else that apparently did not know what they were doing.

Then you blamed it on Fappy.

You should either apologize or be banned or both.

Also after re-reading some of the post he's made here regarding "digging" on me, and all his offline time to come and "deal" with a clown like me, I have decided to contact an admin about removing him from the forum. I don't think physical threats or sharing another persons personal photos or "digging" whatever other information they like about them and sharing should be a common practice here, especially when the facts are clear that there was no scam. Hopefully Eric pulls through, this brian-mike clearly has some issues.
