Got 2 notification in Google Search Console about DMCA for chaturbate affiliate's materials (API).

phman79 09-29-2017 03:48 AM

Let me ask you guys something else, the last time I filed a counter google emailed back and said they needed more info. What I told them is I am an approved affliate to market chaturbate material and the material comes from their API. Should I've added something else some key words to use or something?

Google has a counternotice form: https://support.google.com/legal/con...ebsearch&uraw=

It?s pretty simple to fill out, here are the steps:

1) Fill in your name, title, company name, mailing address, email address, and phone number

2) Provide a list of the URLs that have received a takedown demand. (Pay attention to instructions and advice provided by Google about number of URLs to provide per notice.)

3) Choose the excuse that applies to your counternotice (e.g., "I am not the owner, but I am authorized to use the content").

4) Read and (assuming they are true for you) check the boxes next to the sworn statements.

5) Type your full name in the signature box.

6) Click the ?Submit? button.

7) Repeat if necessary for additional batches of URLs.

:thumbsup

Google reply last night!

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to us.
We have no record of the following URLs having been removed from Google's search index due to a legal complaint under the DMCA:

xxxxxxxxxx.com

If you believe this is in error, please check the URLs in question again.

If your site wasn't removed due to a legal complaint and you don't believe it violates our Webmaster Guidelines, but it isn't appearing in Google search results or isn't performing as well as before, you can request reconsideration of your site.

See https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/35769 for our Webmaster Guidelines.
See https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/35843 for more about reconsideration requests.

Regards,
The Google Team

Im adding a new Daily task in my schedule and will check this Lunadatabase Everyday or every other day.

phman79 09-29-2017 05:39 PM

I got this from Google earlier today:
Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to us.
After reviewing your request, we have restored access to the material that was previously removed pursuant to a DMCA complaint. Access was restored to the content at the URLs listed below:

So I guess they are probably aware of what is going on

magneto664 09-29-2017 05:46 PM

Fiddy baters

It’s about time Chaturbate and others create sanctioned affiliate material. A few snaps and a promo clip would do it

nastymaster 09-29-2017 08:11 PM

Chaturbate DMCA

Im performing on Chaturbate and when it comes to DMCA I write:

DMCA copyright thingy:

Feel free to record and copy me as long as you give me credit : thippy69.com :
Otherwise KARMA will get you and your dick will fall off!

Good advertising if I get credit, if not I send complaints to sites I find my recorded videos.

Also looking for affiliates for my new site ladyboyplay.com

After this time how do you handle it? I get one DMCA request e-mail, rest are ignored by google, no domain has suffered.

They know very well about licensed affiliate tools and yet they file notices 4 years on.

Can we use fake data?

No it needs to be your real data and that's a problem: privacy. Your real name and address will be visible to God knows who for God knows what.

:2 cents: The next time you guys sign up for a cam site affiliate program, ask them how they handle dmca sent in error or fake dmca. This will give you not only an opportunity to see how reactive their support is but also if they are serious about being partners.
I work with a few sponsors who will file a counter notice on my behalf.

I don't blame models though, for several reasons.
- few people read terms
- it is not trivial
- there is indeed a lot of piracy
- websites such as dmca.com and their affiliates encourage models to file take down notices without mention of legit webmasters. They do it for $.

I blame more the "dmca agents" who know what they are doing. By the way, next time you receive a notice from one of these "agents", before filing a counter notice I recommend sending them an email with a link to the terms and ask them kindly to retract their notice. This way they are in breach if they file a new notice against you because they can't file "in good faith" anymore. There's also a chance they do actually retract their erroneous notice.

Also, some notices could be filed by unscrupulous competitors to de-index other webmasters pages. I have no evidence of this but I can't help but notice a few of the cam sites that rank well never show up in the lumendatabase. Even those who do use non-legit content such as hosted screenshots.

Like I said before: next time you want to sign up for a cam affiliate program, ask their support if they help webmasters to counter notice erroneous dmca takedowns.

:2 cents:
