I disagree and the math agrees with me. This country has people living all over it and many of those people are all over the political spectrum. A candidate would have to focus on the country as a whole because focusing on California and New York only is a sure way to lose.

Then how do you think Hillary got more votes by winning only 57 counties? She would have won by just those 57 counties out of the 3084

The "most vetted" political person in our history had the deck stacked in her favor and she still lost. Don't worry, I suspect she will be getting some more "vetting" soon.

You are making the assumption that one candidate could win 100% of the vote in those areas which is not the case. Let's look at the math. Using the numbers from the last election, we can assume it will take about 65 million votes to win. So, if we add up all the votes Hillary got in the 10 most heavily populated states in the US it comes to a total of around 35.8 million. She is still about 30 million shy of winning. Meanwhile, Trump got about 31 million votes from those same states. Keep in mind that Trump openly admits that he didn't bother campaigning or spending money in New York or California. Had he done that he could have gotten more votes from those states.

So, after the voting is done in the 10 most popular states, both candidates still have a long ways to go and they are going to have to focus their campaigns on the rest of the country and not just the major cities.

Also, your argument that there would never be a Republican president is moot because G.W. Bush won the popular vote in 2004 by about 3 million votes.

First, I asked you first. :)

Next, Allow me to clarify.

I'm NOT a Hillary fan. I am however, a Dem, and a liberal thinker. I believe the election was stolen from Hillary Clinton, and that Trump is an illegitimate president.

Did Hillary derail Bernie? Yes I think she did. Was it illegal? I don't know but if it was, people need to go to jail. If she lied about it? Yes then she's a bitch and if there's a legal case for lying about it then she should go to jail too.

Now. Will you answer my question to you, good sir? If Trump turns out to be a criminal and he lied all kinds of lies to you to win your vote, would you still love the guy?

BTW your source.. John Podesta is a contributor for the Washington Post..... Maybe he's the anonymous source? https://www.washingtonpost.com/pr/wp...=.f21fef76ccd8

He's been getting hammered by folks like me on WaPo linking him to Manafort.

They are anonymous sources because they would lose their jobs if they came out in public. It surely doesn't make them any less valid.

So far it seems that all of the information from anonymous sources have been correct.

Do I think Podesta is involved in handing out this information? Perhaps. I really think it's someone pretty high up in the FBI or CIA. It's Deepthroat V2.

They didn't find anything, and all they got was forcing the President into a corner asking personal questions about his sex life that never should have been asked in the first place. It was disgusting.

Then with Hillary they've painted her as being corrupt and a criminal, when in fact over a dozen investigations has proven no wrong doing and no charges. These were obviously nothing more than witch hunts with the intention of making Hillary Clinton look bad. This is not how our government is supposed to operate.

Now we have this Russian investigation. We already know there was collusion between the Trump Campaign in the Russian government. This is no longer open to debate. We know that Jared was talking to the Russian government about communicating in secret. We have secret meetings all over the place, Manfort offering weekly briefings, secret meetings in the Indian Ocean, leaders of foreign countries secretly flying into the US for yet more secret meetings.

It's pretty obvious what happened. This is going to play itself out. Just today the investigation outlined thirteen areas were they want further documentation from the White House.

This is going to be bigger than Watergate.

It'll be bigger than anything that's ever happened. Even bigger than 9/11. It's a major big fucking deal to have a president installed by our biggest foreign adversary with the help of Americans.

These assholes just show their stupidity by not understanding why an anonymous source must be anonymous. When he hears the word anonymous, it automatically means some journalist made it up...unless the shoe was on the other foot and Hilary was president. Then journalists would be his hero and the most truthful people ever to walk the face of the earth.

I think the DNC favored Hillary, decided to go with her, and that was that. I do not believe this is illegal; There are no laws that state how the DNC or RNC operate in this area. (Correct me if i am wrong.) The DNC wanted Hillary. They surely did not and would not accept Bernie; Bernie is not really a democrat. Hillary has fifty years of being a Democrat while Bernie has what, two years?

I also think Trump was not elected by legit means - he had help from a foreign power. This is becoming more and more obvious every day. However, this surely does not mean Hillary gets to take his place. No matter what Hillary has not won the election, and in the event Trump is removed Pence would take his place. However, if Trump goes Pence would have to go too; The only reason Pence is in office is because the Trump campaign received help from a foreign power. Doesn't that put Ryan next in line? Not a huge fan of him, he has no spine, but at this point anyone other than Trump would be good.

They are trying to make it out like these sources are not valid or fake, or at least not trustworthy. The press has always used anonymous sources, and always will.

The truth always comes out in the end.

Why the fuck would Manafort - or anyone from the Trump Campaign - want to give Oleg Deripaska, an aluminum magnate, weekly briefings about the Trump Campaign?

And for the love of fucking god, why would anyone discuss this in an email?

There is a special underling to that as well.. Trump came into office and slapped a sancation on Chinese aluminium.. Guess who directly benifited from that...

It will be. An individual act can be defended. Multiple acts put together will show a pattern of behavior that could be used in a criminal indictment.

They just used Manafort as the means to get to Trump. If during a tiral it is discovered a cop used an illegal means to arrest a subject such as planting evidence or illegal wiretap then how do you think that would play out in court? As in many other cases the charges get thrown out. Then the cop has to answer for his criminal behavior.

Given what we know now they surly had enough information to slam Trump and others out of the election based on his/ thier "I have nothing to do with Russia" statements.

So if it was done out of political zest.. they surly wanted him in and not Hillary.

I don't know if that is true or not, but if it is great, once the person is found and caught they can face charges. Right after Jess Sessions is charged with lying under oath.

No, not at all. What we have is an investigation that has nothing to do with politics, and started before Trump ran for office and before Manafort was his campaign manager. This isn't a political issue. It's a legal issue. It's about an American citizen working for a foreign government, hiding it, and then hiding all of the money he made.

Yesterday it was discovered Manafort had offered to directly to brief the Russians on a weekly basis.

You said it yourself Manafort's dealings have nothing to do with Trump. Actually looking closely they have more to do with the opposing party's campaign manager and Mueller knows this because he has questioned them about those dealings.
