Do you offer skype/icq support?

I installed wp-script core on a new wordpress instal.. everything says connected.. but when I click install for the mass video embedder and grabber plugins it says installing for one second then back to the install option.

The new fixed theme v.1.0.2 works fine for me. It's a brand new theme so I had to rearrange all the blocks and widgets. Unfortunately there is no white version of the design.

In the admin go to "Theme Options" under WP-Script
Click on "Visual Options"
Then click on the "Custom Background" toggle
That opens up a new set of stuff called "Background Settings"
Looks like you can change the background from there.

If not...then you can always edit the CSS and do it directly

No Skype sorry. Concerning your install problem I think there's the "allow_url_fopen" missing function on your server. I think you have "!" icon at the top left of the embedder box in your dashboard. You can click on it and it will display missing functions.

That said you can download the zip file directly if you want in your WP-Script account in order to install the plugin manually like any other WP plugin: https://www.wp-script.com/my-account/

For info we will change the support ticket system by an internal conversation ticket system via the WP-Script account directly. For the moment you receive answers by email but it seems that a lot of people don't receive our answers (wrong email during the ticket creation, answers fell into spams, etc.). It's no longer manageable like that.

Theres a check mark and when I click it, it says All required PHP elements are installed on your server. This product will work properly.

But it wont install.. and when I got o my account on there is only a avre source showing in the my prodcuts and when clicking download on that it goes to a 404 page

Now im really scared to update my 2 website :1orglaugh NO SHIT. Support seems Busy with a Storm of request these days ...

Will wait a little bit, my site still working fine with the old version but dont know for how long lol.

Just a friendly advice, if you guys plan to update, don't!
I have updated and first the embedder stopped working and no thumbs displayed.
Contact support and they screwed up my admin and I had to fix the problem.

Today after a week of trying to fix this and no solution from the support I have installed a fresh clean of wordpress with the WP-Script (lost all of my videos). It solved the problem about the embedder that wasn't loading but I still have the problem of the thumbs not being displayed.

I encountered same issue :( I do not think they test their product before release?!

Yeah me too. What is strange is even after I install a clean installation of WP + Wp-Script the problem with the thumbs persists .

Oh thought it was just me since I tried a clean install and I recently bought a copy of tube boss wp theme and I thought it was the theme having an issue.. the video player doesn't seem to be working?

The auto-import from feeds still doesn't work for me after migrating to new version... WP-Script is very nice plugin with lot of options, I liked very much the older version, but now I'm upset with a very buggy new...

Be sure to update WP-Script Core, without updating your theme is disabled, sites look messed up, thanks for notifying your customers... not

Should we wait to update the theme based on your experiences?

I haven't used the old version, I recently purchased, has been working fine til I noticed today all sites looks messed up, working fine after update.
Just wish they would notify about such things, that's what you get for buying something from french operators I guess...

Now I am afraid to update my site... My site is just getting some consistent traffic and I cannot have any downtimes. Please make a video walk through on how to update from old version.

An idea for the video walk through:
Have a demo site with the old theme installed and a few videos then install the new version so we can see the correct steps.

I'm sure many of your customers would appreciate this and this could take some of the support load off your shoulders too.
