Trump failed produce more jobs than Obama - period. In 2017, we had 1.84 million new jobs created. In Obama's list year, we had 2.09 million jobs created. In fact, Obama created more jobs than Trump in 2014, 2015, and 2016. So much for being a jobs president.

So he failed on his promise to create "more jobs".

Btw, under Obama we had 52 consecutive months of unemployment dropping. Under Trump we had four whole consecutive months of unemployment dropping.

Job creation under Obama was up every month and every year. Job creation was higher in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016 than it was while Trump was in office during 2017. Trump - the so called "jobs president" created less than Obama did.

Unemployment now is an issue too. Under Obama we had 72 consecutive months of unemployment dropping. Trump took office - again, the so called "jobs president" and Trump had a grand total of four months of consecutive unemployment rate dropping. That's right - in the past 12 months we have only four consecutive months of the unemployment rate dropping.
