The memo is the interpretation of two of Nunes staff, which Nunes approved. At the time Nunes had not read the reams of supporting documents from which this memo was extrapolated. Its obviously a distraction from the Russian investigation trying to cast doubt on Muller and his team.

Unless the supporting documentaion is released it will not be corroborated and therefore is just supposition. For investigators must have a case in a chain of evidence step by step leading to that and I very much would like to see that. Eventually it will become public. It's a question of when. But this is why these investigations take so long.
