This interview says it all.. The memo is a reduced version of the larger FISA memo. Nunes didnt write shit. It is the classified info extracted from the FISA memo.. Where the FISA court told the Obama Admin they were breaking the law and who was doing it. The FBI and the DOJ doesn't need to see what they already have.. It's just a stall tactic. The memo is the interpretation of two of Nunes staff, which Nunes approved. At the time Nunes had not read the reams of supporting documents from which this memo was extrapolated. Its obviously a distraction from the Russian investigation trying to cast doubt on Muller and his team.
Anyone with half a working brain can see this. It not law, its a bias view of two republican staffers. Unless the supporting documentaion is released it will not be corroborated and therefore is just supposition.
