RedFred 02-16-2018 12:23 PM

Trump still refuses to admit Russia performed a coup on our democracy and refuses to put in place sanctions that were voted into place by Congress. He has committed treason.

i can fully understand that you will never understand how brainwashing works and even deny that something like this could work with you because ALL brainwashed are like that.

the only thing i am not sure yet is WHAT they washed on you when they found out there is no brain to wash.

They're all bought and paid for. You're talking about people that the NRA has paid hundreds of millions of dollars to to allow children to buy guns and kill people in schools. Do you think those same people that will allow children to own guns give a shit about Russians helping them win control of America? The GOP is clearly thankful and protective of Putin.

You are missing the bigger picture, she influenced your elections more. She fucked Democracy over and thus set in motion the path for Trump to win. Sanders beats Trump.

Russia has been meddling in your elections since WW2. This isn't what caused Trump to win. No one is trying to support Russia, but open your eyes. She fucked everything out of sheer greed to be President.

According to the indictment, "Some Defendants, posing as U.S. persons and without revealing their Russian association, communicated with unwitting individuals associated with the Trump Campaign and with other political activists to seek to coordinate political activities."

So they have no proof that Trump's people knew they were Russian but Trump's people were working directly with them....

Keep in mind, this is just one small part of the entire investigation, just like Manafort and the other guys were a separate part. More will come..

What this does is puts it on record that Russians were involved and they did work with the Trump campaign even if the Trump campaign was ignorant of it. This now make is next to impossible for Trump to shut down the investigation..

You can bet your ass this was released as a way to make it impossible for Trump to shut down the investigation and force traitor Republicans to end their non sense that it's all fake news..

So you're saying that some Russians posing as American citizens spoke with unwitting Trump campaigners and that somehow ='s Trump himself was colluding with these people.

You're grasping there..you do know what "unwitting" means, right? lol.

That's the problem, they have that mentality. As I said, Dems ran a very liberal candidate in Alabama against a credibly accused child molester and he barely won. This kind of thinking is very dangerous. Do that and Mr. Trump will be there for another 4 years and everyone will keep wondering why.

Bernie was an independent who became a Democrat only so he could run with the Democrat support. Of course the DNC wanted Hillary as their candidate.

Would the the DNC rather have someone they've worked with for three decades, or someone who was an independent nearly all of their entire political career?

I'm not saying Bernie is bad or anything, but he just wasn't a Democrat.

Quiet down pal. People are trying to have a real discourse here, you might be able to learn something from people. I thought you had be blocked. Please put it back it will help us both out. Keep burying your head in the sand, let's not try to learn anything from the mistakes that brought us here.

CarlosTheGaucho 02-16-2018 01:28 PM

I went through the whole indictment, what appears quite odd is that there is a total lack of any quantification when it comes to describing the activities of those indicted.

The only numbers there that I was able found there are pretty much that cca 8400 Facebook users at some point clicked on an ad for a Florida rally, and that they at some point contacted about 100 US citizens in a FB group.

Please check for yourself.

That makes it quite difficult to get any idea about a potential effect of such campaigns. In fact it makes the content of the whole indictment look very marginal at best.

It would certainly make for a difficult case to persuade a jury that such campaigns would have a notable effect on the outcome of the elections, which is likely the primary reason why such claim is not even mentioned in the indictment in the first place.

Indictmemts don't lay out all the evidence, that happens at trial.

Indictments are purposely vague when an investigation is ongoing.

You trying to minimize what has just happened is part of the gaslighting tactic. Lame

I read it as well. It really doesn't say much, it just confirms what Facebook said 6 months or so ago. That Russians were buying ads promoting issues from both sides. Though it did mention that some people associated with Trump unknowingly may have had contact with Russian agents posing as Americans, but they don't talk about specifics at all. Really pretty flimsy right now, but probably more to come.

That's the very interesting part, I'm commenting on the US politics on the internet too, I've endorsed one of the candidates as well.

Does that require me, legally, to register as a "foreign agent" in US? Could I, as a person outside of US, expressing preference in US politics on the internet, be indicted for "meddling" with US politics?

It sounds absurd, but I would be frankly interested in the legal angle here.

You act like you are a smart guy. But you are not. You are selling out your own country because that's the piece of shit you are.

People have opinions. But they have found vulnerabilities in American society that they can capitalize on. Its called thinking outside of the fucking box. Something too difficult for people like you. This is how people like Trump get elected. This is how we ended up in IRAQ. Because dumb rednecks, dumb Christians, greedy motherfuckers like you, and a ton of other simple-minded social groups think that our soldiers and prayers are all we need to win wars and keep the money flowing. We have the most powerful armies in the word, and they know they cannot defeat us through those means.

You are too fucking dumb to realize they are running full scale psyops the likes that we have never seen before on us. Keep taking that fucking blue pill.
