Actually what's really going on there is Nunes and co want to compare what the court actually has against what was provided by the DOJ. As in they want to make sure the DOJ didn't modify it for their consumption.. The judge is stalling the request by redirecting the request back to the DOJ, which is what they already have..... They already know the answer to their request.. The DOJ modified the application.. They just want the proof which the judge has and only she can provide... The original FISA application..
