Will it? What Al-Qaeda had was a secure base to work from Afghanistan and 9/11 was the culmination of a terrorist campaign by Al-Qaeda. This incident is different that it was to stop the use of Chemical Weapons by Muslims on Muslims. russia is at fault for not controlling Assad.
American forces are in other countries fight terrorists at the invite of the governments in power in those countries. It's not like the situation in Vietnam where the government was a worse alternative to the opposition, communism. All terrorists are Fundamental Extreme Muslims who want to enslave the people and bring the war to the West. How many times did Al-Qaeda commit terrorist actions against Russia after Russia left Afghanistan? They hate the West and seek to destroy our way of life.

The World is at it's least stable, if America didn't sell arms, France, UK, Russia and China would and do. The pity is some countries follow your thinking and believe pacifism is the way to get peace. How did that work out in 1939? |
