Show trial? It was a witch hunt. The ONLY intention was to make a political candidate look bad. The knew she wasn't guilty of anything. They all knew there was no law saying the Secretary of State couldn't send out emails from a private sever. In fact, it was common - Congressmen also did it.

Of course they can. If they find anything illegal from their investigation they hand it over to the FBI or the Justice Department.

I am not a Hillary Clinton fan - not by a long shot.

They can have as many investigations as they want. All they are doing is wasting time and spending our money. We've had over a dozen investigation and every time it's come back as no charges. No wrong doing.

Must be why Loretta Lynch directed the investigators to call it a "matter" instead of an investigation, and why Comey said it was "extremely careless" instead of gross negligence (a crime). Of course they let her off, they all wanted favors from her after she won the election (Lynch wanted Scalia's seat on the supreme court).
