I tried that option twice lately, money appeared in my bank account in a few hours for the first time, the second time it was instant (even on weekend 11 PM)... 3-5 days for receiving seems too long, the delay is probably due to your bank.

Due to the volume of cards being printed and shipped it's not possible for us to assign Express shipping at this time.

We are working on it, and we will provide an update once everything is ready and clients receive cards. Canadian cards will go out this week and then other countries will follow next week.

Why do you need to wait until clients start receiving their cards before you update us?

As far as I know they currently offer only EUR cards. With all the payments from sponsors made in USD this isn't really a good deal to have your money converted to EUR at their rates. I mean if you withdraw in EUR it's fine but if you want to withdraw in a third currency you will lose some money with this additional conversion.

Yes, Epayservices i recommand them, quick payments, mastercard received fast, good support. It's a serious company.

If you are not a current paxum user and you didn’t already have a card when choicebank crashed, it will take a very long time, just to get your account approved and have to possibility to order a card I would expect 4 weeks. So overall I would say 2 months for a new user to get a card by mail.

Yesterday I looked at my card status and it went to Printing to Printed. So everybody knows it started "Printing" on the 24th of April now it says that the mode Printed can take up to 10 business days, after that its Shipped, so I expect to get it in about 2 weeks top since they are shipped from Quebec, Canada...

I am not Paxum's biggest defender, not at all. But here you are just wrong.
It clearly says "business days", which is interpreted as normal weekdays, Monday-Friday. Regardless if you work weekends yourself, those days are not counted in the banking world when referring to "business days". Tomorrow is Tuesday, that would normally have been the 10th business day after the 24th of April - however - May 1st is a public holiday in many countries and it could very well be the case for where Paxum's card printing takes place, meaning it would be yet another day to reach the 10 business days.

Canadians are they only one who show printed yet. Ruth said they would ship last week, didn’t happen.

We will have to see when they can do other countries.

Forget about the 10 days, even them don’t seem to know when exactly. They just proceed as they can and they are f slow!
