Hi. I just read through another thread that Ruth posted on 12 April, and she said that "cards will be automatically provided to existing card-holders at no additional cost".
https://gfy.com/fucking-around-and-p...m-cards-1.html

Ruth finally came back onto gfy after a 6 day absence, but as you can see she waltzed in and waltzed out and hasn't clarified the matter.

Paxum need to create a new thread with Q and A - So everyone knows where they are at.

This is getting very messy. It's all over the place.
They are not taking care of all their existing clients. They seem more interested in taking care of all the new applicants and keep using that as an excuse for all these huge delays.

Good luck getting your card :-) Hopefully we will get some good news soon.

i highly doubt an 'influx of new customers' should delay a wire transfer 17 days.

ruth told me 4 days ago, she will check with accounting, so far nothing on that...

we relied to pay our contractors and recommended paxum to many businesses and this is how we get treated?

I totally agree. It's unacceptable.

There are a lot of legitimate questions and complaints on various threads here. Ruth comes in for like 5 mins on Thursday after being AWOL for 6 days and then disappears again.

These wire delays and the lack of clarity and conflicting information about WTF is going on with these temporary cards is making me consider taking my business elsewhere. I seriously doubt I am the only one.

Paxum get this sorted and answer the threads and make a thread clearly clarifying the issues. It will save a lot of time and stop a lot of the emails you must be getting!!

I use instant debit/credit card load to avoid this shit...works fine... funds in my account in a few hours... but yep, it's expensive, can't wait for my card...

King Mark 04-28-2018 08:05 AM

Take a look at paxums beginnings... you'll see that this might be the ending. I hope not... not for me because I learned my lesson with epass and never used paxum... but for those who didn't learn yet or are too new to know what happened... I hope this isn't the end for you and you get your monies and shit.

But.... paxum started as a dick pill brand. Transformed into the current business once epass took a shit... and hired mike... the epass spokesman who told us everything was ok (ruth style) while Chris was using our money to fund a shitty movie and disappear. Also had a fake online address for an office and flooded the board with shills to recruit you guys... lmao. And a bunch of other wild shit that you can dig in the search and see. The writing was on the wall to those paying attention. I understand some used them as a calculated risk because it was the best way to move monies... but I know some of yall lives might he getting destroyed right now. Sucks.

This shit feels like deja vu to me. Just glad I'm watching the show this time instead of being an unwitting participant.

poncabare 04-28-2018 08:07 AM

Logic would say first choice is part of the delay?

Paxum hired him?
I thought it was Redpass, but my memory is not that clear.

Nitzer Ebb 04-28-2018 01:49 PM

No wires came this way. Submitted request on 15th

Michael O was hired by redpass. Not paxum. I remember it all loud and clear; i seriously hope paxum isn't going the way of epass with my money.

King Mark 04-28-2018 02:16 PM

My bad. Scratch mike out of this. Rest of that shit legit tho. Mike kinda just blended in for me. Forgot redpass existed for a moment.

My memory is impeccable , so i can tell what happened for real - he was indeed working for paxum on begin, but then he got offer from redpass/zombaio which he accepted as that company was run by danish people, and he is danish so it was better choice for him.

King Mark 04-28-2018 03:35 PM

Ok, so I was right? Either way... my monies is safe from all that.

Unfortunately you will keep having to pressure them on a public forum before anything gets done.

BigFurry 04-29-2018 05:14 AM

I agree that Paxum's communication and support could be much better, they need to work on that.

However people shouldn't be so quick to panic. Considering that Paxum has lost of one the main banks they worked with, they're handling to situation okay in my opinion. Some mess, delays with wires and new cards etc are normal in such cases.

Also, the international wire system has always been a mess, not all such delays are Paxum's fault. (Not replying to tickets and following up instantly is though.)

Every single time there was an issue, lots of people on GFY were quick to predict the end of Paxum. Yet it never happened, they've always come up with a solution. Just use common sense, don't keep too much money there.

Personally I'm glad there's still a service like this that makes sponsor payments quick, easy to verify, and cheap.

nikki99 04-29-2018 04:16 PM

I only see my paxum money and my mastercard money is gone, I hope is a momentary thing...

ContentPimp 04-30-2018 12:15 AM

Still no wire.... Money in motion still it looks like..

Mr Pheer 05-02-2018 12:23 AM

Bump for wire transfer

daviking 05-02-2018 01:12 AM

I got my $xx,xxx transfer from paxum last Friday.

ContentPimp 05-02-2018 01:52 AM

I got my wire I requested on the 11th of April today. Ruth informed me over the weekend that she heard back from accounting, and the original wire was 'lost' so they sent it from another source, and today it arrived quickly since it was resent.

Super happy I was not Mallicked and Paxum is not pulling a quick funding scheme.

SeRsH 05-02-2018 02:17 AM

Still waiting for wire sent 10 april...

Google Expert 05-02-2018 05:38 AM

any reply from Paxum yet?

Matt-ADX 05-02-2018 06:16 AM

I love the people making excuses about how Paxum has so many new client requests so they are too busy to answer people about the status of their money. Is customer service completely dead these days? Brad Mojo, I would hope you prioritize existing customer inquiries and or emergencies over new client inquiries. I think that's just bad business.

Alex CZ 05-02-2018 07:26 AM

Looks like its back to normal. New wire transfer took 5 days.

nipmark 05-02-2018 07:32 AM

Hi ContentPimp,

I'm sorry you haven't had a further response from me. Every department is swamped with a high volume of queries and so everyone is encountering some delays with responses, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

I don't see an email in your sig so I can't easily identify you, but as soon as accounting updates me about your wire I'll respond to you. Please note, our accounting department is also swamped with work due to an increase in withdrawals as a result of a significant increase in the number of clients we have.

Please rest assured you will receive your funds, we apologize for the delay.

Thanks :)

Time to hire :winkwink:

Good news from Paxum and for hard working webmasters. :)

bloggerz 05-02-2018 09:41 AM

We apologize for the delays with some Wires/EFTs. We have hired additional staff to help with the increased volume of withdrawals, however each new staff member must be trained in how our system works before they can work independently.

We have had thousands of new account applications in the last month, many of which are now verified as our verification department has been working in overdrive. Most new account-holders have received payments and just like every other Paxum client, they want to withdraw their funds. This increases volume and can create delays while we adjust to the new volume.

We have hired new personnel in Verification, Support, Accounting to improve workflow.

However again, each individual had to be thoroughly vetted, provide a criminal record check, etc, and then once hired they have to be trained by existing personnel while also dealing with so many incoming queries and applications and withdrawals.

We value all our clients and we apologize if you have felt neglected in any way. We will soon return to a normal pace of everything as we adjust to the increased volume and as our new hires settle into their roles. Thank you for your patience and understanding and for your continued support. :)

And that stopped you making basic updates on here or your website ?

You should of prioritised existing customers or at least kept us in the loop with basic information. You've hardly been here in 2 weeks.

Not good enough.

You're right, I should have visited GFY more regularly in the last couple of weeks. I'm sorry about that.

Nick_awt 05-03-2018 12:19 PM

Ok. Well hopefully from here on things might start getting better.

I still do not have my card printing status showing in my account.
Please tell me why ?

It might we worth you creating a thread with updated information, so there aren't so many posts and questions being asked in so many different threads.

The whole thing is a total mess atm.

Thanks
