Yes it takes two minutes to respond to an email ...
BUT With EVERYONE AND THEIR DOG who are unable to read and understand basic communication and then like helpless little idiots requiring personal help and assistance in getting even the smallest issues done - it creates a massive backlog. Imagine 1000 clients sending an email each, asking questions today. If each email takes ”two minutes to respond to”, it would be 2000 minutes of uninterrupted work time. That is 2000 / 60 = 33,33 hours So even if one was at the computer, answering emails non-stop for 24 hours straight, it still would not be enough. Next day, another 1000 clients send individual emails, with same questions as the other 1000 clients did the day before. People need to stop emailing over silly little things! Contact normal support, if they give a ”dummy answer”, then try again and phrase your question differently. Obviously the support people are not the brightest of the bunch but some of the people here who write in are totally unable to express themselves in writing. |

While of course I'm all verified. Is this normal and the "card status" will show up soon? :) |
This is so similar to the epass shit... just in slower motion.

EFT to JP Morgan requested on 4/11 showing up as pending today.
Instead of usual paxum Crilixxx (or something like that) its wire (not direct deposit) from some Midwest bank of Chicago and Chase charged extra $15 for it. At least its not the bank of Malick :1orglaugh and I have the money. |
Friday has ended, no wire still. Now comes super long weekend, 4 days of fun. That'll make waiting for wire 21 days if it arrives Wednesday.
It takes us 2 days to get the wire from our Hong Kong bank. Ruth why does it take this long to get the wire? |

https://gfy.com/fucking-around-and-p...m-cards-1.html Ruth finally came back onto gfy after a 6 day absence, but as you can see she waltzed in and waltzed out and hasn't clarified the matter. Paxum need to create a new thread with Q and A - So everyone knows where they are at. This is getting very messy. It's all over the place. They are not taking care of all their existing clients. They seem more interested in taking care of all the new applicants and keep using that as an excuse for all these huge delays. Good luck getting your card :-) Hopefully we will get some good news soon. |

ruth told me 4 days ago, she will check with accounting, so far nothing on that... we relied to pay our contractors and recommended paxum to many businesses and this is how we get treated? |

There are a lot of legitimate questions and complaints on various threads here. Ruth comes in for like 5 mins on Thursday after being AWOL for 6 days and then disappears again. These wire delays and the lack of clarity and conflicting information about WTF is going on with these temporary cards is making me consider taking my business elsewhere. I seriously doubt I am the only one. Paxum get this sorted and answer the threads and make a thread clearly clarifying the issues. It will save a lot of time and stop a lot of the emails you must be getting!! |
I use instant debit/credit card load to avoid this shit...works fine... funds in my account in a few hours... but yep, it's expensive, can't wait for my card...
|
Take a look at paxums beginnings... you'll see that this might be the ending. I hope not... not for me because I learned my lesson with epass and never used paxum... but for those who didn't learn yet or are too new to know what happened... I hope this isn't the end for you and you get your monies and shit.
But.... paxum started as a dick pill brand. Transformed into the current business once epass took a shit... and hired mike... the epass spokesman who told us everything was ok (ruth style) while Chris was using our money to fund a shitty movie and disappear. Also had a fake online address for an office and flooded the board with shills to recruit you guys... lmao. And a bunch of other wild shit that you can dig in the search and see. The writing was on the wall to those paying attention. I understand some used them as a calculated risk because it was the best way to move monies... but I know some of yall lives might he getting destroyed right now. Sucks. This shit feels like deja vu to me. Just glad I'm watching the show this time instead of being an unwitting participant. |
Logic would say first choice is part of the delay?

Paxum hired him? I thought it was Redpass, but my memory is not that clear. |
No wires came this way. Submitted request on 15th

My bad. Scratch mike out of this. Rest of that shit legit tho. Mike kinda just blended in for me. Forgot redpass existed for a moment.

I agree that Paxum's communication and support could be much better, they need to work on that.
However people shouldn't be so quick to panic. Considering that Paxum has lost of one the main banks they worked with, they're handling to situation okay in my opinion. Some mess, delays with wires and new cards etc are normal in such cases. Also, the international wire system has always been a mess, not all such delays are Paxum's fault. (Not replying to tickets and following up instantly is though.) Every single time there was an issue, lots of people on GFY were quick to predict the end of Paxum. Yet it never happened, they've always come up with a solution. Just use common sense, don't keep too much money there. Personally I'm glad there's still a service like this that makes sponsor payments quick, easy to verify, and cheap. |
I only see my paxum money and my mastercard money is gone, I hope is a momentary thing...

Bump for wire transfer
|
I got my $xx,xxx transfer from paxum last Friday.
|
I got my wire I requested on the 11th of April today. Ruth informed me over the weekend that she heard back from accounting, and the original wire was 'lost' so they sent it from another source, and today it arrived quickly since it was resent.
Super happy I was not Mallicked and Paxum is not pulling a quick funding scheme. |
Still waiting for wire sent 10 april...
|
any reply from Paxum yet?
|
I love the people making excuses about how Paxum has so many new client requests so they are too busy to answer people about the status of their money. Is customer service completely dead these days? Brad Mojo, I would hope you prioritize existing customer inquiries and or emergencies over new client inquiries. I think that's just bad business.
|
Looks like its back to normal. New wire transfer took 5 days.
|
I also waited and worry few weeks about a wire transfert on april 10th.
Finally arrived on my bank yesterday. |
