    News To Vendzilla

    As I've told you about two years ago, Russia will enforce its much smaller submarine fleet to make it equal or even superior to the US one very quickly. And I was right: Here Are All the Submarines of the Russian Navy in One Infographic



    A new infographic shows the underwater might of the Russian Navy and its fleet of 72 submarines, one more than the U.S. Navy at the time of this writing. Split between nuclear missile submarines, cruise missile submarines, attack submarines, and unique special mission and test submarines, the Russian Navy is no slouch.

                              Aircraft carriers are dinosaurs from 1940's and they can be used against countries like Zimbabwe only. Today a 4 billion aircraft carrier can be easily destroyed by a single cruise missile with a tactical nuke, or a few non-nuke ones just like this:



                              The nuclear missile submarine carriers are the major weapon of 21st century. Ask Vendzilla, because he knows.

                                              You will be surprised, but no single one of them. If you are talking about "Kursk", so it was hit by the US torpedo (this picture clearly shows it).                                                       We didn't build a single one. There is an aricraft cruiser which was designed before A.D. by the Soviet Union to be used against small banana countries and now it's completely obsolete. We also have this:



                                                      Does it make a sense to you? Man, the elders have to die, the youth takes their place.

                                                      Course you can build an aircraft carrier group for billions of dollars and put there many thousands of personnel. On the other hand, you can made a cheap ass ultrasonic cruse missile, which is undetectable and can't be intercepted because it flies much lower the ship's deck. The missile which can sink the whole group with ease. Which way will you go in 21st century? Course if you care of your GDP (you want it big, right?), you will choose the 1st way. If you care about the efficiency and don't care about GDP or other shit like that, you will choose the second one.

                                                      The submarines are the other thing. They are quite, hidden and can release the blast power of all bombs used in WWII + Hiroshima and Nagasaki within a minute.







                                                      This is the weapon of 21st century. Not aircraft carriers, archer squads and horse cavalry. Submarines and aviation. Not some drones, those can easily be jammed or taken under control by anyone, but the real aviation with real men aboard.

                                                                                                      BTW, please remind me how many wars that magical eurofighter was used in and how many real dog fights it has won? The Americans were so proud of their Phantoms, equipped with cool super-duper missiles, but those were easily destroyed by the outdated Soviet MIG jet fighters in countless dogfights during a Vietnam war. I'll tell you some simple thing. The US Navy is the mostly attacking one. It's created to reach the Russian coast. So Russia has enough of subs that are designed to intercept those. They are quite hunters on the noisy attacking ones.

Let's imagine that some Los Angeles class submarine has entered the Russian waters. It's a big an noisy thing with a nuclear engine and nuclear warheads aboard. And what will happen to it? And all the crew of that Los Angeles class will never know where their death has come from, because these rooskie subs are quiet as hell and they are classified by NATO as "black holes". These submarines are not attackers. They are hunters. They don't have to be in water for years. They have to hit and run.
