I forgot to say, that card has expired :( just in time when there was a release of a new card. So, they just sent me that new card instead of the expired one. But I'm afraid I have lost the funds, because as I know they can't return funds from the card to the main account and the new card will be another bank

Weird, I do not have any status on my card in my account. Only got an email stating it will be printed and shipped to my address and nothing more. That's it... Hope they print and send me my temporary replacement card already. :Oh crap

Mine just changed to "shipped" today (Italy, replacement card of an old account). Same thing for another one of a collegue. Both personal accounts.

Seeing the date, 2018-03-13, this was probably for the choice bank card. Just click APPLY FOR CARD see what happens.

I received it too, works fine and can confirm that it is black with no big logo while Paxum is written under your name. The API to transfer money to it is damn fast too since very few can use it!

1.cards valid until May 2018 are valid until 31st May 2018.
2. its 30th JUNE not July

^^^ What Klinton said is correct.

Get a friend with a Paypal account and start transferring small amounts from the card to your friend's account. Will surely cost you few percent but you at least get your funds.

Paxum also said that any balance left on the cards, after they ALL expire June 30th will be wired to you by Choice Bank.

Paxum sent this by email early this morning. Basically you'll have to wait for a wire from Choice Bank. This will obviously take a while...

Important Information About Your Existing Card
Paxum received notification from Choice Bank, the card-issuer for Paxum cards prior to April 10th 2018, that all existing Choice Bank issued cards will expire and be unusable as of June 30th 2018.

Your Choice Bank issued Paxum card still has an available balance and we urge you to withdraw and/or use all existing card funds ASAP.

If your card expires with remaining funds on it then Choice Bank will issue a wire payment to you for any remaining balance that exists. We do not have any estimate as to how long it will take Choice Bank to issue such wires. This is another reason we strongly recommend you empty your card directly yourself.

Your card will still work at ATMs for cash withdrawals, or it can be used for POS purchases online or in-store.

Your Choice Bank issued Paxum card will expire June 30th 2018, no exceptions.

If your card is still valid you should be able to access the funds remaining on it, however you cannot transfer any new funds to the card. Please make sure to empty the card by the end of June 2018 if possible.

To receive to IBAN it will have to be sent in EUR and since the funds on the cards are in USD it seems unlikely that this option would be available.

It's not up to us though, it would be up to Choice Bank how they deliver the funds to you. We have no say in the matter, it is beyond our control I'm afraid.
