guys i don't understand. It seems you all see the 'new mastercard' on your page. I don't see anything, just the old card. As i understood, cards will be sent automatically, which means i don't have to do anything.

Now i read somewhere you have to first apply for the new free replacement? What happened to 'sent automatically' then if this is true?

If you don’t see anything related to the new card, Ruth said you must click the «haapplyha» for a card link. It is not suppose to cost you anything.

Guys, this Paxum is CLEARLY not working. I 've tried their alternative and very expensive withdraw options. I paid 34 bucks for a wire so they already took me almost 80 bucks for a card that will possibly never arrive and a wire that god know what will happen about! Paxum is extremely fucked and they actually have more 20000 dollars of mine I can not cash because their service it's not working. You can always open a ticket and get an answer right after 27 days. I will open a thread soon with more details about this whole thing. DON'T USE PAXUM. PS: my card is still printing printing.

Well that's just great, so much for 'AUTOMATICALLY sent' which i assumed since they told me so in their emails. Jesus fucking christ. This means i can wait an extra month probably.

Paxum wire works like a charm! I had a few successful withdrawals without any issues, in the last 30-40 days.

Since prepaid card loads stopped working I used withdrawal to external debit card many times and money always appeared in my bank account pretty fast (mostly instant). It's a bit expensive but no need to wait for wire/EFT.

Rate for wire is $50 and not 34 bucks. Usually arrives within 5 business days.

The situation isn't as bad for all. About not using paxum, if we don't use paxum what else do you want us to use? You'll have to convince all the sponsors out there to add something else but first there would have to be a something else.

Have you tried withdrawing to external debit card ?

This is an automatic process, and usually arrives in your bank within 36 hours, sometimes within an hour or two.

So definitely no cards left Paxum->Clients on the 10th of May, the status was only changed to "Shipped" to avoid panic. Otherwise someone would have received the letter in 14 days for sure...

What you wrote is an option. What I would like to know is why Paxum is not writing the truth. Paxum can't manage more clients providing them cards or sending wires on time? Then PAXUM should NOT charge for a service they can not offer. Every single statement they put out its filled with lies and nonsense. Lies like: "in one month we will provide you a new card", "this is just a 30 days temporary card" (30 days are already gone for what you even ship a temporary card?) or just what I've posted above about the 10 business days etc.. would you put your money in the hands of those people? NO, we shouldn't. Most of my sponsors have now more than one payment option and all of them are looking much better than PAXUM. What makes me angry is Paxum now making even more deals with Sponsors to get more clients ( you can read a pinned post here on GFY these days), how can Paxum manage something like that if they can not even take care of their old clients? They look like a one-man firm honestly and my hope is that I m totally wrong and they will show some respect to people have already payed for their ghost cards in advance, RUTH?

There were no first and last digits on the status the 10th. But that changed later. There is also an 'activate card' option now. At least for me (Europe). So obviously the card has been shipped to Paxum and then implemented, ready for use. The canadians got their cards and seems to work fine, so there shouldn't be any known reason for holding the final shipment back to others. It's a slow process these days, understandable, but some official info on the shipments would be nice and appreciated.

Cosmopay land me a card in 5 days . By the way Paxum wires inneurope arrived in 2 days. Excellent

I made a wire 2 days ago and it costed me $34, definitely not $50
also great thing is that my bank does not charge the €15 they usually do on wire coming outside of the EU. Since Paxum's wire are coming from the UK, it was free :thumbsup

So all in all, really great solution for me here in EU

But i'm still waiting for my card.... :Oh crap

My last 5 wires were super long. Over. 2-3 weeks to receive them. Second last one about 2 weeks ago took 3 weeks to get. I have one that I did 28 days ago and still no wire. Ruth keeps telling me that she will inquire with accounting. I'm starting to believe accounting is the broom closet. This could be the end for them. JMHO

Yes. 2 weeks ago I got a wire that was requested 3 weeks prior. Maybe that clears it up for you. They are super slow, who knows why, but if anyones getting wires 2-3 days after requested, then good.

First time was super slow, but this time I requested 5 EFT transfers and 1 credit card transfer on saturday and sunday, and got them all on my bank account on wednesday and thursday, so 3-4 working days.

I also tried epayments.com while waiting to be approved by paxum, the EFT bank transfer did not go thru, but credit card transfer was on my account the day after.
