Got the black temporary card yesterday in Southeast Asia, by regular mail from Canada.

Additional, I made a wire from Paxum yesterday morning, 24h later it's here already, usually it needed 8-12 biz days.

Same here, was ok this morning but looks like it only worked for a few hours. I reopened my ticket about this and I think you should do it to. only way we can put some pressure. Ruth isn't helping anymore...

Why do you continue this pointless discussion?! It's quite clear that they can't provide a reliable working card. Use the other alternatives-wire transfer or transfer to an external card. Or, best of all, stay away from them.

Actually I could agree with you. Shit happens and there is always a solution to everything.

But let me point some stuff that should NOT be done by a serious company, unless it wants to take the heat:

1) SUPPORT
I wrote the first one in capital letters because it is the most important thing around the net. On a media like Internet where you will never meet the person you decide to trust, being online and replying to help requests is a must to build a solid reputation. Paxum lately made me write help requests for over 2 weeks before giving a shy and non-resolutive reply.

2) Trust & Truth
Ask yourself a question: is better to collect new upset clients that will leave you in few months or to have less long-lasting clients that will feed your business in the long run?
Well, if your answer is the n°2 remember to NOT state that you will print a card in 10 days when it will take around 2 months and still nothing...
Otherwise you can always state "We will print it within some months" and let the customer decide if it's worth it. Got the point?

3) Timing
Put yourself in my shoes: what would you do expect if a members area statement clearly says:

and you know, for a matter of a fact that the so called "10 days" magically became "10 business days" from the 2 weeks late support's reply meaning that "only mon-fri work days are counted"? Well, I tell you: I simply did my maths and understood that:

- 10 business days should be about 10d +4d (2 weekends) = 14 days
but
- 10 business days in my experience are Apr-26 to Jun-22 = 58d - 14 (7 weekends) = 44 days

4,5 times more

Consider that it's still in printing and that it could change status even in 3 months or more.
But assuming that a miracle could happen and let's say tomorrow they will finally ship it to me, doing simple maths I'll assume that "approximately 6 weeks" means:

- 6 weeks are 6 business weeks, so (6*5d)+(6*2d weekends) = 30+12 = 42 days
but
- due to my current experience they will be 42 * 4,5 = 189 days = 6 months and half!

So realistically I have to assume that I'll get my paxum card around January 10 2019!
AND REMEMBER THAT MY MATHS WOULD BE CORRECT ONLY IF THE MIRACLE WOULD HAPPEN TOMORROW!

But there's a last little problem: those are TEMPORARY cards, and people who got them printed in these days report (in this same thread) an expiration date around 04/2019

So if the MIRACLE would happen I'd probably have paid for a 1 year card fee to use it for just 3 months.

If you still think this can be called a SERIOUS COMPANY, well... give a look at the dictionary at the voice "Serious" or have a look at Wikipedia!

Sometime it does sometime it doesn't, it is a lottery. In the morning you have better chances.

I sent support question just few days a go. I received first reply the same day, and i replied few hours back and ticket was again replied the next day. It was not about the debit card, when will my card arrive or anything similar.

So it's most likely that debit card questions are ignored since it's out of their hands.

Me too second ticket i update for that 404 error, each time i get a reply the same day saying it was fixed.

I try it and it doesn't work, i won't be updating the ticket no more... Just will try in the morning, at lunch time, during the night until it works :)

May be the fact of lowering the amount you can load each day as an effect for some users but not for me. Its a real question of luck if it works in my case...

Does anyone know what expiration date to enter when activating new card? We have expiration date on the card (MM/YY), but during activation process it also asks for day. Did you put random day + MM/YY which is on the card?

Please use the last day of the month and format yyyy-mm-dd
