I can, but certaintly not many left around, and active from that time. Though a couple really good friends from that period.

They were one of the first sponsors I used in 1999. Eventually, like most people, I was switched from pay per clit to pay per signup and ended up moving on because my traffic did better with PPS elsewhere.

I won it at a show, maybe Cybernet Expo in San Diego? There was some contest going on onstage between Rochard and Legendary Lars. I was up in the room working with JFK and I told him I was going to go win that jacket.

A few minutes later it was mine.

Looked it up as I should have last night. Thought late 90’s but was a few years off. I’d been online ten years but never knew about forums. Another webmaster referred me as I needed a decent designer.

July 20th I’m told I was rushed by ambulance to the hospital. Guess the night before I was too sick to post. My last post was in a thread about a guy with TGPs who charged membership fees to view them. He was misleading people and someone reported him to CCBill.

When I was working at Playboy I asked about some of the history of GFY. The first guy to sign up was John who worked at ICS at the time and his sign up date was actually in the year 2000, under which name I don't remember. I read posts here for probably 2 years before actually signing up, started posting at XBiz.com in 2002.

I was a lurker for a few years before creating an account.

Anyone remember IA2000 ?
