So your trouble is that you can't open a ticket? You're in luck. This is an easy fix! Just try in a different browser or maybe even a different computer. Turn off your adblocker too.

No, I can't log in to open a ticket. My account was closed for no obvious reason. Everything with my account is perfectly fine and it got closed. No explanation - just an email stating the account is closed. I have even applied for a card with the fee and I was expecting it. Account closed during the weekend and nobody replies. How cute... :helpme:helpme

Yes. My business account was closed. This is so very screwed and unrealistic. I believe they will reply with a reasonable explanation and re-open my account and send me my card.

I have it here and I set a small limit so actually is more secure than my Chile card wich has no limits and I was scammed by thieves 2 weeks ago

I received a reply from Paxum and it states the account is closed and not to sign up for another account because it will also be closed. No reason provided. It was great working with you, Paxum. A great service I would recommend but this move was inappropriate.
