At first i thought you were talking about Hillary using her personal phones to circumvent FOIA requests and after countless briefings, training being told specifically that she can't and then signing FBI affidavits that she wouldn't.

Then I realized you can't be talking about her phones since they were subpoenaed as evidence and she was required to turn them over but instead smashed them with hammers along with servers, deleting State Department emails, destroying laptops and so on.
