Suing someone "well liked" gets you blacklisted in you're part of the industry. Sad. Whatever happened to business is business?

Please note mine was just a repost of an email I got yEARS ago from a black male performer, this isnt something new. I told Midori years ago when I shot her and we became close, to always ask the title of the movie and to always make her guidelines clear...sure enough she called me to tell me she turned down a shoot because the video was called black street hookers....she didnt want to be a black street hooker and thats fair...for both her and the producer....if he told her it would be Indian Princesses and then ended up being black street hookers thats wrong....In this case the performer has a legit beef say what ya do and do what ya say....

Suing your employer--whether well liked or not--is going to make it a lot harder for you to get hired, regardless of whatever line of work you're in. Why would I want to hire someone who's proven themselves to be litigious? What if he gets his wittle feelings hurt on my set? Why would I take the chance?
