I've been thinking the same thing. No one should fear that any of these shady tactics are going to have any effect on a good, solid case which is most likely being built by Robert Mueller and what has been described as the Justice League of criminal prosecutors. Is anyone dumb enough to think they've been behind closed doors for a year sifting through mountains of documents and evidence only to come back with nada? I believe they're putting together a case which will make Watergate look like a bodega robbery. It's going to be the biggest political story in the history of the United States and I'm going to jizz in my fucking pants when it finally happens.

But how will it all end?

With the alt-right saying it was a conspiracy and the deep states fault and pushing people that hate America more.

Here's how it will play out.

1. Cohen ends up in deep shit. In an effort to save himself, he gives them Trump by telling them that Trump called for the deal with Storny, paid for it, and told him to figure out how to hide the money.

2. The Democrats win the house in November, but the Republicans continue to hold the Senate.

3. Cohen's information leads to Trump being accused of violating campaign finance laws.

4. Democrats want to impeach, but can't get enough votes so it goes nowhere.

5. Angry Trump can't get anything done because Democrats are doing everything in their power to impeach/charge him.

6. The Russia investigation comes to an end. Some people close to Trump get charged. Mueller suggests Trump be prosecuted for obstruction of justice charges.

7. Still unable to impeach, nothing happens.

8. 2019-2020 is a giant cluster fuck on Capitol Hill with nothing getting done and nothing but finger pointing and accusations thrown around.

9. Trump is challenged in the Republican primary election but is able to still get the nomination.

10. Trump loses his reelection bid to Corey Booker.

11. Corey Booker is sworn in as the 46th President of the United States and the next day a Republican control Senate launches their first investigation into him.

You heard it hear first. Go to Vegas and put your money down.

No idea who Corey Booker is but all sounds about right..

All of this possible future could be stopped by a meteor striking at the right spot...or if Republicans in Congress would do their jobs and check the president's behavior. He has no political capital except for the votes of a few mouth-breathers. Congress and the Senate could stop this train wreck right now.
