In my mind it is criminal to rip off people and he has done that his entire adult life and the proof is in the pudding by the hundreds of law suits that have been filed for non payment to his subcontractors and suppliers and for the hundred or more that are still going thru the courts.

BTW many of the people that are separated from their children are applying for asylum for various reasons and this is legal for them to do. They should not be detained in jails and they should not be separated from their children for committing a legal act under our laws.
