To answer your question; When the wife and I spend time with the woman - keeping her company, making sure she eats, laundry is done, house is cleaned, the wife and I certainly do utilize the garage / facilities.

A VIN# shows nothing about ownership. It's for identifying where the vehicle was made, vehicle manufacturer, model of car, some options, vehicle build date, and sequential serial number.
