Show me the evidence of Genetic Pre-disposition. Whether Native Americans are responsible for more crime in Alaska or not (and you have not proved that), that does NOT prove a genetic predisposition.

These days, with the study of genetics at a more advanced stage, if there is a genetic predisposition for something you should be able to tell me which gene in which position is the tell for the condition.
