I posted the email as a copy/paste from swoits email to me. So everyone could see his exact email to me..Didnt want to be accused of lying. I have not ever posted her email addy anywhere other that just doing the copy/paste...I am not worried about it being posted as that email address has been changed an no longer exists for her..
How does the username show its someone that knows me? Please explain that one...

Most people know my first name and I when I emailed him of course I signed my name..not hard to figure out how he got my name. How does an honest mistake happen when they sent a hardcore email (he his saying was only softcore - no nudity even)to a person not knowing if the person was of legal age...

I've never been spammed by swoit. And they said they received her daughter's email legitimately. Why didn't she just asked to have it removed instead of going on a crusade to destroy their company? Maybe it was an honest mistake on swoit's part. "Real" spammers don't respond to complaints like swoit did.

She has over reacted to a meaningless little thing and tried to ruin someone's business for no good reason. People should have better things to do with themselves like getting knocked up so they can take pictures.

I have free sites. I submit them to other free sites. Anyone that SAYS they are over 18 and isn't being monitored by an adult will have access to these sites. I don't feel like I need to be shut down because of that. AFAIK, all the "join4free" places don't require a CC/checking account number, nor do the free email places. And I don't see what the difference is between SWOIT sending pictures to an email address that was entered into their system for membership, when they stated they were over 18, and all the free sites out there. :(

But obviously no one is going to change your mind at this point. I hope you get whatever satisfaction you're looking for, and this certainly serves as a wake up call for parents to monitor their kids internet usage!

There's a good possibility someone with a similar address misentered it. This happens to me hundreds of times a day. The vast majority of surfers, like some webmasters in this thread simply don't have a clue.

I didn't say swoit was right or wrong, they could easily create fake info to back up their claim just as easily as FT could be lying and create a fake swoit spam to her daughter. I'm not saying either one of those is the case, just that either one or even both are possible.

If this were the case and they were just randomly spamming with hardcore pictures, don't you think more than ONE PERSON would have gotten the email? Heck, when we all got the introductory email (which, IIRC, had no hardcore photos), there were dozens on threads and seemingly hundreds of posts about it. Yet only ONE PERSON who hasn't signed up has received this particular "spam".......? :winkwink:

Sorry, but logic tells me that whoever signed up, used FT's daughter's email fraudulently and SWOIT was doing what they (and most paysites) do with member emails. :)

... but you can take precautions, like using filtersoftware and shit.

I have taken your side in this thread, because it pisses me off when people that have done nothing wrong do have to defend themselves ... it does not matter what you do for living, I am sure you are a great mother to your kid and that is all that matters. like I said, install some filtersoftware (mailwasher.com would be just fine) and scan through your daughter´s emails before they hit their inbox ...
