There are no studies that have been done to research whether frucose from processed sugar is worse than fructose from fruit because: fructose is fructose...they are THE SAME... the daily recommended fiber amount is 25 grams. an apple actually has more than 4 grams fiber. Thats a full 20% of daily required fiber. In 1 fucking apple.
And if you want to get the shits, just eat 10 or so grams of fiber at once without ton of calories to go with it. |
