once I get my strength back physically and mentally will get my abs back as well.

1) fruit is just as bad as processed sugar, 1 apple = 1 can of coca cola

Yup and eating meat and protein rich food raises insulin levels as well. Excess protein gets converted to glucose and consuming too much will also mess with your insulin sensitivity.

Sugars are not as bad as you claim - I believe it boils down to poor word choice. In this day and age going outside is "bad for you" Consuming fructose is counterproductive for those attempting to lose weight. Thats about it. Every body type is different and each person will metabolize said sugars differently.

Yes but regardless fructose stored within the cell walls of fruit takes about 4x as long to absorb and digest than say sugar from a can of soda. If youre looking at labels this isnt evident...

the daily recommended fiber amount is 25 grams. an apple actually has more than 4 grams fiber. Thats a full 20% of daily required fiber. In 1 fucking apple.

And if you want to get the shits, just eat 10 or so grams of fiber at once without ton of calories to go with it.

an apple has 2g of fiber per 100g...there is no way that just 2 grams can slow down the intake of the other 98 grams 4x....it can slow it down a bit, but not significantly...fiber is not an active substance, it just increases the viscosity of intestinal contents a bit...

I think the 4x figure is fake science, or at least it sounds like fake science sponsored by a group with interests....
