This man has been passed over several times before for the post because he is to partisan.
All trump had to do was appoint someone that could at least achieve one democratic vote.

But he chose someone who might save his ass when it is in the sling.
From what I seen at the hearings, he is very partisan and I can't believe nobody was calling him out for it. Just because he spoke angerly and forceful means nothing to me, but it seems to have blinded most.

In contrast, Obama's appointment would have had near unanimous vote with a republican senate and they would not allow it to the full house floor for a vote for 293 days.

Don't think you have any authority to say you speak for what is fair and crazy.

But I doubt this will pass on the full senate vote on the floor.

It is a lifetime appointment and I'm sure we can do better than this.
