I'm positive you and your wife are correct however a producer has different agendas than a sponsor and more time to play the story out.

I would think it's because the 2 areas share a writing pool. and all these writers are usually heavy left leaning libbys.

if you don't believe about subtle brain rewiring through television, you can see some good example on more aggressive "progressive" media outlets that execute the agenda in a very obvious way

excellent example of doing it poorly is HuffPost, you simply can't find any article there that isn't pushing the far left multiculturalism agenda

I recently ended a relationship with a bank because they changed all of their advertising media to be prejudicial. The only white guy in their ads was a gay guy in a wheelchair.

- people protest on the streets for more cars to be imported and more people should buy a car
- cars do not pollute environment, that is ignorant to say
- you should hate all people that don't want cars
- you shouldn't trust statistics that you can DIE in a car
- you shouldn't trust statistics that you can be in an accident
- you are a CARIST (yeah, I invented the term) if you say anything about car accidents
- etc, but you get the picture

Multiculturalism is actually a much bigger problem in Europe at the moment, because it is being forced and it can't even be called multiculturalism when it came in wave of millions people that don't want and can't be assimilated.

when I was taught about multiculturalism way back in school, it was frowned upon by my instructors for the reason you mentioned, it assimilates people instead of allowing them to maintain their culture. well, too bad, multiculturalism works. people can't move to another country and expect that country to change its culture to suit that person's culture.

I aren't noticed any commercial stuff other than mixed race, as a photographer I see that immediately, and that's about all I see, print ads are the only commercial's I look at.

I was going to watch a network show the other day. the main character is gay, for no apparent reason other than ratings and political expediency, I figured the writing was sub par with all that agenda running, so I passed on the show....
