Sorry, no matter what, the Democratic party would not have rallied with Bernie. I have nothing against the man, but he was not a Democrat. You can't spend decades in politics as an independent and suddenly switch to being a Democrat so you can run for President. Sorry Charlie, that would never fly. |
Richard, regardless of what you think would have happened with Bernie, he deserved his fair chance.

Most tribes require a specific percentage of Native “blood,” called blood quantum, in addition to being able to document which tribal member you descend from. Some tribes require as much as 25% Native heritage, and most require at least 1/16th Native heritage, which is one great-great grandparent.Dec 18, 2012 Proving Native American Ancestry Using DNA | DNAeXplained ... https://dna-explained.com/2012/12/18...try-using-dna/ ------------------ Holly Reckord, an anthropologist who heads the BIA Branch of Acknowledgment and Recognition, discusses the most common outcome for those who seek membership: "We check and find that they haven't a trace of Indian ancestry, yet they are still totally convinced that they are Indians. Even if you have a trace of Indian blood, why do you want to select that for your identity, and not your Irish or Italian? It's not clear why, but at this point in time, a lot of people want to be Indian. |

BTW.. i think that almost all native tribes in Alaska require 1/16th or 1/8th for you to claim membership to their group.. and that's IF you can prove lineage to other tribal members.
Not sure how the unhinged Left has determined that a person with infinitely less Native American DNA than the average Chukchi Eskimo in Russia has is now validated as being a Native American. Western Europeans and North Americans have around 2% neanderthal DNA for fucks sake |

Pay up trump! It's for charity for crying out loud
It's a write off! |
So apparently she DID use "Native American" as her ethnicity at UPenn.. Listed as "Woman of color" at Harvard. She did this to score grants and scholarships.... She figured it worked then so why not continue the con?
|

And Liberals have also just confirmed that Obama was not in fact, the nations first black President. Using the same DNA standards... there have been many.

Elizabeth Warren Says She Told Schools Of Native American Heritage : The Two-Way : NPR
Democrat Elizabeth Warren, who is in a tight Senate race in Massachusetts against Republican incumbent Scott Brown, acknowledged for the first time that she told the law schools at Harvard and University of Pennsylvania of her Native American heritage. "As I have confirmed before, I let people know about my Native American heritage in a national directory of law school personnel," Warren said in a statement obtained by the Boston Globe. "At some point after I was hired by them, I also provided that information to the University of Pennsylvania and Harvard. My Native American heritage is part of who I am, I'm proud of it and I have been open about it." |
It gets better. Apparently it doesn't even determine she's even 1/1000th "Native American"

One of the greatest minds of history and the greatest deal maker ever left all that out of a million dollar deal!

If trump weren't such a schmoe, he'd easily see he could have spun this into a win win for himself. Outing Warren and giving to charity. But he's a massive schmoe.

sorry... i'm just blown away at the fact that Trump got a Senator to take a DNA test to out herself as a liar and con artist... and she took the bait and killed her career right before the mid-terms of all things.
This is the kind of shit that happens when you surround yourself with smug, self righteous people who just tell you that you're right all the time. Welcome Guinier | Opinion | The Harvard Crimson From Harvards School Paper "Harvard Law School currently has only one tenured minority woman, Gottlieb Professor of Law Elizabeth Warren, who is Native American." |
HAHAHA!
https://archive.is/N6wBX#selection-947.0-947.237 Elizabeth Warren's Pow Wow Chow 'Cherokee' recipes were word for word COPIES of famous FRENCH chef's techniques Massachusetts Democratic Senate candidate Elizabeth Warren is yet again in hot water after new allegations have surfaced that she plagiarized her 'Cherokee' recipes in the book Pow Wow Chow from the New York Times and other publications. Radio talk show host Howie Carr released damning evidence that appears to confirm that Mrs Warren's weren't handed down from generation to generation, they were picked up in the newspaper. it appears that at least three of the five recipes featured in the book were fakes, according to an investigation by Mr Carr. The two recipes for Crab with Tomato Mayonnaise Dressing and Cold Omelets with Crab Meat appear to be word for word copies of a French chef's design. A third recipe for Herbed Tomatoes appears to be lifted directly from a recipe in a 1959 Better Homes and Gardens magazine, down to Mrs Warren's instructions for how to enjoy the dish. 'Great accompaniment to plain meat and potatoes meal!' both Mrs Warren and the Better Homes author say. |

"I will give you a million dollars, to your favorite charity, paid for by Trump, if you take the test and it shows you’re an Indian"
She proved it. Pay up! |

In fact, it has been demonstrated that a random person off any street in any town in the USA has a greater statistical probability of having more Cherokee DNA than she does. This is exactly what was proven... she's not indian by any common standard or legal definition. Yet she's made a career claiming to be. The average person has around 2% neanderthal DNA... that doesn't mean we're neanderthals. .... well, unless you're a democrat and you can claim special victim status and milk it to get into good schools, get preferential treatment, use it to fuel a political career and to build a political career by highlighting your suffering of neanderthal discrimination. It was only icing on the cake for the Cherokee tribe to reject her and call her exploitation of their people for personal gain "wrong" which it obviously is. |

She listed herself as a minority and as a Native American at The Association of American Law Schools directory. And Harvard came along looking to hire a minority when they came under fire for not having a diverse faculty. They hired her based on her lies and even promoted her as a "woman of color." She's a fraud. |
TOTAL fraud on every front, too funny :1orglaugh

You know it's bad when these trashy lib tabloids are turning against her.

well at least she didn't call herself an 'Indian Princess'.
kinda bullshit though, so many peeps have Indigenous ancestry. being Indigenous is a culture, or rather many cultures. if you are not accepted by a community you have no claim to it. my grandmother was a 'status Indian' but she lost that when she married a white man (not my grandfather). the rules were really fucked up and still are. still our family is accepted. was actually surprised I was as I tend to be very disdainful of tradition. Metis peeps are a lot like millennials. we question everything. most Black peeps in North America who have been here since colonization and slavery have Indigenous ancestry as well. there was a ton of intermixing and the blood quantum rules were established to turn peeps who were owed (treaties, land, etc) into property. probably half the NA peeps here have red blood and don't know it. ancestry and culture are different. Warren should be smart enough to understand that. |
