That's not true, infant mortality improved before vaccines, it was improved nutrition and sanitation which made the difference. What you believe is not based on evidence, just assumption.

The vaccine is a far bigger risk than measles, I would advise to stop trusting mainstream information and do the research for yourself, go direct to the data. I had measles and it was walk in the park.
