You're lazy. Yes we exhale CO2. Yes plants eat it up. The problem is that there is too much of it, and too much certain other greenhouse gasses. Stop being so dismissive about this stuff - you sound like a high school drop-out when you do.

You know what? I wonder about that myself.

I had science as far back as grade 4 I think. It was my favourite part of the school day. My parents also encouraged me with scientific toys. I had thinks like a microscope, 100-in-1 electronics kit (a few of them actually), crystal radios, hand-cranked generator, see-through gardens, chemistry sets, a weather station that despite having no electronic parts could be used to predict the weather, etc. All of these "toys" reinforced my interest in science in school, and what I learned in school helped me get the most of those toys.

Science should be taught everywhere.

I thought science was taught everywhere? Even Pakistan teaches evolution in school.

The right in the US has politicized science. It is truly the party of willful ignorance. They spread ignorance on a massive scale because it benedits them. Meanwhile their followers are barely able to think for themselves.
