Maybe not where you live, but here they do.

Also, what exactly is a low-paid unemployed migrant?

As all you Trumpeteers love to point out, the U.S. is supposedly enjoying the lowest unemployment rates in history. So, what high paying jobs are in jeopardy from an inflow of poor immigrants?

They do not compete for high paying jobs. They compete for jobs that nobody else wants to do,

So, unless agricultural field workers or roof construction is now considered a white collar level of employment, he is wrong and does not have facts to back up his statement.

You are just guilty of an extremely low level of reading comprehension and an apparent love of getting yourself smacked down on a webmaster board.
.
The reason most Americans won't do the jobs that 30 years ago they were happy to do is the bosses pay so badly. If builders, hotels, fast food, etc can't get cheap labour they raise wages or go out of business. Do you work for minimum wages? Then don't expect others to.

So we could lose 25% of migrants with better filtering.

Also add the migrants doing jobs Americans can do, if only the wages improved.

King Mark 12-06-2018 10:37 AM

Somebody gotta do them jobs tho. #mexicans

Low paid migrants contribute in America, they have no choice. Everything they buy is taxed. Another thing you don't understand about America because it doesn't fit your agenda.

If they eat, they pay into the system as food is taxed.

If they use any kind of transportation they contribute because gas is taxed.

If they have electricity they contribute because electricity is taxed.

If they consume water they contribute because water is taxed.

Non citizens do not qualify for welfare, food stamps or Medicaid in America.

There is no leeching off the system for non-citizens in America you moron. They come here and they have to work cheap or they cannot survive in America.

So what you're saying is that we need to cut back on paying for illegal aliens and pay our military more?

hmmmm.. I wonder how "63% of Non-Citizen Households Access Welfare Programs" then?

Not even going to address every other fallacy in your argument.

King Mark 12-06-2018 11:08 AM

I'll agree to disagree with y'all. Illegal immigration the way y'all imagine is wrong, but it ain't the way y'all imagine. The vast majority come here, work hard at the jobs y'all don't wanna do and contribute. I'm cool with that. Of course there's bad seeds, eliminate them as needed... Or robots. Can't wait for the robot wars after the great Wall of maga is built.

The "weeding out" is EXACTLY why you have immigration laws rather than wide open borders.

I posted the truth. More Americans today are living on stagnant or diminishing wages. All graphs show that only the top 20% of incomes are keeping up or exceeding inflation. The future will be worse as further globalisation ad automation increases.

This will hurt tax revenue while increasing Welfare payments.

This isn't a Liberal or Far Right problem. It's a problem created by the people right at the top who, because of their moves created the situation.

You said Trump was going to fix all that!

You said we had a booming economy the best ever because of Trump!

2 years in office with fully republican-controlled Administration and zero has been done ti increase wages and better the lives of the average Joe.

And now at the democratic-controlled house Trump will blame democrats for the next two years. so he failed to make any change when they had total control and he'll blame for no change with the Democratic house.

You really picked a big loser to back he's a complete failure, as you were warned he would be.

Well lookie here.. The left tries to use this as a "gotcha" momment and it blows up in their face.. Why? Because the "illegal immigrant" was using a "stolen identity" to "make Trump's bed"

"The Times also examined the documents Ms. Morales presented as proof that she was entitled to work — a permanent resident card, or green card, and a Social Security card, both of which she said she purchased from someone in New Jersey who produced counterfeit documents for immigrants."

The primary reason welfare use is so high among non-citizens is that a much larger share of non-citizens have modest levels of education and, as a result, they often earn low wages and qualify for welfare at higher rates than natives.
Of all non-citizen households, 58 percent are headed by immigrants who have no more than a high school education, compared to 36 percent of native households.

Here's the kicker. The immigrant's baby, is the Vietnamese guy who graduates from Brown or Yale and later hires OP's son, sons daughter and her boyfriend and OP himself to paint his house for $12.00 an hour.. Oh the irony.

Working hard no longer means you contribute more than you take out. Saying Americans don't want to do jobs is a disgrace. They used to do them and will today if the pay was increased. Do you work for minimum wage? So why expect others to.

It takes longer than two years to fix a problem that has been building for 40 years.

Bullshit Paul

Trump is a lame duck now

With his power the last 2 years he started a tarriff war that has closed manufacturing plants and moved the jobs overseas. Hundreds and thousands of American jobs lost a direct result if Trump's actions.

For you its team sports that's it and your team you picked is shit because you have poor judgment.
