My personal experience (because i live in the USA and own businesses)was in San Diego, i employed chefs, cooks, line cooks, baristas and dishwashers. In four years i had to replace every American Chef and Cook due to one or more of the following issues, alcohol abuse, verbal abuse of customers, drug issues, theft and no shows. They had all been paid very well in fact 25% above average for San Diego but still they all these issues and more.

I replaced them with documented latinos who where clean, had no drink or drug problems. Arrived on time stuck to the menu and where polite to customer. In almost four years only one latino cook had a sick day, just one, amazing! :thumbsup

But common sense would dictate that that the President of the United States, who constantly complains about illegal immigration, would pass down an order to all of his businesses that all employees must be double and triple checked to be legally employed. In fact, you would think he would have a team of attorneys who would go from property to property to ensuring all local and federal laws are properly being followed. Most large companies do. Then again, his personal attorney just plead guilty to a host of crimes.

Immigration is good for a country. Illegal immigration is bad. Building a wall won't stop either. The US should put money into making it easy for people to immigrate legally and get them making money, spending money, and paying taxes.

There will always be illegal immigrants who will do the jobs that others don't want to do. This is a given fact.

What Emporer Trump is doing is talking about of both sides of his asshole. He pretends that all illegal immigrates are criminals & pretends to be tough against them, while at the same time enslaving illegal immigrants because he knows they are too scared to ask for anything more than $2.00 an hour.
