We cant see any of our old resolved tickets who got very usefull information in them, hope they will be inside soon

There will be a lot neat little new tools for you our customers to use. I don't like putting pressure on the tech team as we want them getting everything right first, but it shouldn't be long.

Yes all the historical tickets will be available as well. With everything that can go wrong in a migration, the bugs we've encountered have been minimal. Again we wanted to get he mission critical stuff out of the way first, but the historical tickets should be visible by next week.

Hmm.. Well, first ticket after the switch to TSS. Easy stuff. NN would have had it done in 5 to 15 minutes tops. We are on day 2.

Can you email me? As I've stated with as many things that could have gone wrong the bugs have been minimal, and things can fall through the cracks. I have never liked using this board as a support forum, but any ticket taking this long I am not happy with either.

Dear Omar, I am trying to contact you from last few days and send multiple emails about the issue i discussed with you n Tony and in old NN support center and now its been over a week and still waiting. May be the last email i send to you ending in spam or junk so please check....

I just wanted to take a moment to let all the National net and Certified Hosting customers that been watching this thread. I had stated that the historical records would be listed by the end of the week, well they are in there now.

Simply log into your account > Support tickets > Filter all > Archive. All your historical tickets will be all listed!
