Trump today said on camera that he had no idea Manafort was giving polling data to Russians. Sounds familiar... Like when he said he didn't know about payments to Stormy Daniels. Right up until we heard a recording of him ordering the payment.

CNN right now is breaking that Mueller is talking to a Russian campaign pollster. For the love of god, why would Mueller be talking to a Russian pollster? Why would a Russian pollster have anything to do with an American election?

We all know facts aren't your strength. I don't recall the Mueller investigation ever being about a "rigged election." It's cool that you believe that though, if it helps you stay in your safe place.

Let me break it down for you. Hopefully this will make it clear, though I doubt it.

Mueller was appointed to investigate Russian interference into the 2016 election. That the Russians interfered to help Trump is a proven fact. He wasn't asked to investigate Trump, nor a rigged election.

When interviewing Trumps associates and is campaign people, he came across a bunch of lies about...wait for it...Russia. More and more lies came up. These were followed by indictments, naturally, because lying to the FBI is illegal.

Now, exactly what Mueller has found nobody knows, because the investigation is secret and also in progress. It may turn out that Trump and his family are all squeaky clean, but that's probably not likely. We'll just have to wait and see.

What it looks like, from an outsider's perspective, is a lot of lying about topics sensitive to the election. Trump's behavior and the people he has surrounded himself say a lot as well. But to hear you act like this is a big nothingburger, not related to Trump at all, conspiracy bullshit, etc... well, that is just laughable, to put it mildly.

The Republican party for four straight years viciously attacked Hillary Clinton over her emails and Benghazi. With her emails there was nothing illegal done; It is not illegal for the Secretary of State to use a private email server - in fact, it was common and Republicans did it too. With Benghazi, this was a terrorist attack and had nothing to do with the State Department... It was an embassy run by the State Department, but State Department is not in charge of the US military and cannot order it to do anything.

You had over fifteen investigations over the course of four to five years, and came back with nothing.

We've had one investigation intro Trump, and since then we've had over thirty indictments and nearly everyone in Trump's campaign has now pleaded guilty to crimes and are either in prison or waiting to be sentenced.

Fox News is now admitting there was collusion.

But whatever... If there is nothing to find and there was no wrong doing, it shouldn't be an issue, right?
