I haven't exactly researched this much, but I have yet to see any evidence that vaccines cause autism.
A friend of mine has a kid who has autism and it's rather interesting... He can use bluetooth on your phone to hack your phone in under twenty seconds, but the concept of closing the front door to the house behind him is a concept he'll never understand.

The difficulty we have is that the jab itself causes more damage to the body than measles, and that is even of we exclude autism from the equation. The ones who go autistic after a vaccine are mostly thise who were given Tylenol/Paracetamol around the same time as the vaccine. Also autism itself is a big spectrum, not every type of autism is from vaccines, the math/hacker type is genetic. The vaccine end of the spectrum bang their head against the wall and cannot talk, the vaccine type is called autistic disorder.
Generally viruses like measles train your immune system and make you stronger, unless you are weak or malnourished when you catch them.
Back to autism, there are government whistleblowers who have admitted the coverup
