The original document doesn't say we are going to "rebuild buildings" but instead says we are going to retrofit older buildings to make them more efficient. This is already being done. I've added solar to my house, and upgraded my AC to be more efficient. We've also had the power company come out and make changes to the seals on our doors, and we've replaced windows and even light bulbs to make everything more efficient.

It doesn't say they want to "capture methene gas from cows" and doesn't say it wants to end all plane travel, but it does mention it in her document.

But that's what Republicans do. They take a shred of truth, twist it around, and make it into something else. When Democrats say "We are going to retrofit buildings to make them more efficient and environmentally friendly" Republicans translate this into "We going to tear down entire cities and re-build them".
