There are 3 - 5 million pit bulls in the USA. With 38,000 pets and livestock killed a year, if you take the low number it's 1:80 - if you take the high number it's 1:140.

There are 200 million whites in the USA. With 5000* murders it's 1:40,000 whites kill

* actually that number isn't even correct because the FBI crime statistics doesn't accurately separate whites from hispanics, so whites are probably more like 1:80,000 :1orglaugh

what kind of monster would have a lion any where near a child?? that's disgusting!

I mean, we have a pet grizzly that was raised since a cub so it is 100% safe as long as it isn't hungry or just pissed off in general, or if you wear red, or if he doesn't like your face, but aside from that we haven't had any issues... but a lion?? that's just nuts...
