I tested cc withdrawal. Worked like a charm. Money was not instant (it got instantly deducted) but it arrived only after 2 days that i saw it on cc.
The fees were quite steep tho, more then the wire fees. So should stick with wires for now, but hoping the cc arrives sometime, although it's stuck on 10/24/2018 like so many others.

We understand your frustration and we are in constant communication with the processor trying to expedite the process, however, there is not much we can do as we can not interfere with their rules.

Your Union Pay card was processed and is currently printing. Sometimes both processes may take a little longer than expected due to the fact that they are handled by our processor. This being said, your Paxum MasterCard will be shipped to you in few days after it's printed and we expect it to arrive to your location faster.

Regarding the other card request, since it was not yet processed, we will cancel it in up to 24 hours and reverse the associated fee.

Then I went to look on other webpages and found many people complaining about that service, webcam girls making bad reviews, people saying they have been waiting for their cc for over a year and some saying they did wire transfer and just got their money on their bank account after 4 months and even people plotting on doing a law suit action against them and a person with a link to make complaints about them to FinTrac. I wrote to the support again and they closed the ticket without even answering to me. I sent an email to chris and ruth and I am waiting for any reply.

Guys, this is a nightmare.

Business accounts are the EASIEST to work with. If you're verified within Paxum.

Mine is still in "Printing" status, however, the 0000XXXXXXXXX000 was changed to actual numbers, so I assume the card is shipped..

No they didn't, same thing happened to me when the numbers changed i received it like a week after or so. I'm still in the Printing status...

I did a wire transfer 4 days ago and still no money order appears in my bank and my debit card is still on printing since May. Now I have no idea where the money is. Doesn't appear on my bank and doesn't appear on paxum account. Is it normal to take that long for a wire transfer to appear at your bank? Anyone that uses wire with them can let me know if this is normal? because with Ccbill it never took longer than 2 days for the money order to appear in my bank.

I also did a paxum account to use ATM and not to have to do wire transfers. Guys I never had problems getting their debit cards, they used to come even before the old one expired, what is going on with paxum?

Mine has numbers since the day I requested it, but it's still in printing since May. So I don't believe it was shipped yet.

Don't count Saturday or Sunday, since it looks like you wired last Thursday or Friday I wouldn't worry yet. Give it 3 to 5 BIZ days easy.

Unfortunately the Unionpay card status is not updating properly in accounts at this time. It's entirely possible your card may have already finished printing and been shipped to your address.

I checked your wire status and it's confirmed to have been sent. I replied to your email and I hope for your response there so that we can look into it if you still don't see the payment.

I got this message today:

Our accounting department notified us that your WIRE returned with the following message: "MISSING COMPLETE NAME LOCAL BRANCH AND ACCT TAXID".

Please contact your bank for more information and make sure that you add the correct bank details before re-initiating the transfer.

I have this bank account since 2008 and this is the first time something like this happens. In my paxum account you have the same info that ccbill has and many other places that sent me payments in the past (my full name, bank address, bank account and agency and SWIFT CODE) and although there is a lot of bureaucracy and paperwork I have to deal with to receive the money from the payment order the money was never ever sent back.

Also I received the Unionpay card, by normal mail and not fedex like I paid for. It was just there put on my mail box and I can't activate it because:

"Dear XXXXX,

The card you received can not be activated at this time, but rest assured that the technical department is working on resolving this issue and, once that happens, we will re-open this ticket and notify you.

In the meantime, you can use the other available withdrawal methods, such as WIRE transfer or the external card feature.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Best Regards."

Dear Ruth, you're a sweety but my point is, will I receive this money still in this incarnation? Because patience and understanding has its limits. I will deal with my bank to find out what the heck was that, but in the meantime deal with yours to find out what's so difficult for them to allow us to activate our cards?

Just wanted to let everybody know that the wire finally worked. I had to receive the money in two parts because the amount was too big... third world bank bs. But this last Friday I finally received the rest of the money. I would like to thank the people from paxum support, specially Ruth, that was a sweetheart throughout the whole process. :)

This is problematic because for some reason, choice bank which is now defunct was only bank in world which was able to issue cards on international level. And it seems the same issue remain. Tho, for EU market it is possible to issue cards , as there is many EU only card providers so not sure why they dont cover atleast EU.

I apologize for any confusion by my post. I was not referring to USD wires into Europe/Australia, I was referring to USD wires to the countries currently supported for USD.

We do support AUD withdrawal, you need to add your bank account in AUD to your Paxum account in order to withdraw in AUD.
