Hi RuthB i'm posting here since it seems the only way to get the attention from support staff is by posting in public i'm having a problem with international wire transfers since Nov 11 2019 it got rejected 2 times lost $100 in the process, now i'm not asking for a refund as i know the answer will be a definite no but i do want to transfer the funds at Paxum to my bank account in the shortest time possible.
Now i'm not the only one with this problem there's another person in Canada with the same exact problem the intermediary bank is rejecting the wire transfer cuz there's missing info, in the old interface there were more fields to add all the info about the intermediary bank now there's only two fields which might be the reason why the transfer is not going through i asked in ticket for wire proof but i didn't hear back from staff since Nov 26th you told me i should wait for their response but how long can a simple MT103 take?
Can you please check my case as i think i have waited enough for this to get sorted out.
