Do I need to get Sesame Street to draw you a little cartoon so you understand what I've been saying? Or would I do better by setting the bar lower with Romper Room? Or is it that you need a double dose of Ritalin to jump start your brain?

1. I said it was wrong regardless of the reason because I believe in due process.

2. I only pointed out that in many cases those lynchings were provoked. (ie: It was vigilante justice)

Call me old fashion but I refuse to believe anyone is as stupid as they pretend to be online. Which means I think you're intentionally being thick headed because you're trying to protect some sort of idea about where you stand politically.

I don't know how many innocent people have died over the centuries because of "people taking care of their own problem" but I am pretty sure it would be a mindblowing number.

Let's just take the Central Park Five as example since that's in the news again now - if things were like you wish, they would have been lynched on that very day and the real rapist would have never been caught (at least not for that, he was in jail for something different already).

Trump wanted to reintroduce the death penalty for them.

The system failed them, they spent years in prison, but since humanity had already slightly advanced by then, they at least survived it instead of being tied to a tree in Central Park.
